Family

He looked so happy holding William it warmed my heart his smile was so wide William was looking right into zacs eyes, that's when I realised they both have the same eyes

"You guys have the same cute eyes" I say speaking my thoughts

"Do we" Zac says

"I'm sorry I've missed so much of your life little buddy" Zac says cuddling William seeing Zac look at him with so much love and regret broke my heart ever since I've had William I've just been so emotional

"Shit I have work" I say in a rush "um can you call the babysitter the numbers on the fridge" I say rushing up stairs and getting into the shower to clean myself once I'm done I get into my work clothing and run down stairs grabbing an apple from the fridge

"Hey um rosie" Zac says sounding a little shy "yes" I ask "I can look after him while your at work if you would like" he says and trust me I was not expecting that

"Omg that would be great oh and by the way Zac u don't have to ask he is your child to" I say giving him a small smile I grab my purse and give William a kiss and head out the front door to work

....

Work was so boring today well it is a school day the only rush we had today was breakfast and lunch which is pretty normal

Then u get your ditches and after school kids since Starbucks is like the hang out spot in town

It's finally closing time which is 9 o'clock I had to work a full day today which I haven't done in a long time so I'm pretty tired and am looking forward to going home to my baby boy

I lock up the shop and get in my car and drive home

I open the front door to the flat and walk inside to see my two boys asleep on the couch william lying on topic Zac I walk over to them and pick up william trying not to wake him up he stirs a little but is still asleep I put him in his bed and close the door behind me I walk back into the lounge to see that I must of woken Zac up cause he's now sitting up on the couch

"Sorry if I woke you" I say

"It's fine" he says giving me a small smile

"I'll get you some blankets you must be tired" I say walking over to the hall cupboard and getting him some blankets so he can sleep on the couch since we don't have a spare room now that william has his own room

"Here you go" I day placing all the blankets down on the end of the couch

"I'm going to bed now"

"Ok see you in the morning" he says

I walk up stairs and get ready for bed once I've brushed my teeth and changed I get into bed and see my phone flashing I pick it up to see I have a text

"Thanks for letting me look after him today I had a really good time with him -Zac xoxox"

I smile reading that text and reply "it's fine I'm glad that you got to bond with our gorgeous little boy -Rosie xoxox"

I couple seconds latter he replys "I'm glad we're talking again I missed this I missed us and I hope there will be an us one day so we can finally be a proper family - Zac xox"

"Maybe one day And don't think for a second that it's your fault that you missed out on so much of Williams life it's my fault for not telling you sooner I just didn't think you would want us-rosie xoxo

"And btw I hope we have a proper family one day to night Zac -Rosie xoxo"
