Really short chapter sorry

The nurses finally came out of roses room and I stood up as soon as I seen them, I grabbed one of there arms and she turned around
She must of seen my swollen red eyes because she gave me a sad look
"You must be the boyfriend" she says I just nod swallowing the lump in my throat
"We've run some test..." She says
"And I'm sorry to tell you that Rosie has cancer" she says and I just stand there taking it all in
"For how long" I manage to get out
"Well going by the tests I would say she's had it for about 3 months" she says
"How did we not notice that she's had it for three months"
"Well cancer is a very easy thing to miss but of course the bleeding nose that lasted a long time is just part of having cancer and if you notice that she gets anymore and they last for more than 10 minutes you will have to bring her in" she says
"How can we treat it?" I ask
" well..."
For the next hour we talked about all the different ways we can cure her cancer but the only problem was there was only a 50% chance that they would work but I would take that 50% chance and hoped it would work I would try anything to get my beautiful girl back safe and healthy

I haven't been home in three days and I smell, have bags under my eyes, and haven't left Rosie's beside and my butt hurts from sitting and sleeping in the hard plastic chair
"Baby just go home and have some rest" she says her voice week
Rosie woke up yesterday morning and is weak from all the blood she lost, shes not allowed out of bed apart from if she had to have a shower which I help her with since she gets tired really fast
"I'm not gonna leave you" I say holding her hand tighter
"Zac please just go home and have a shower check on William and have a nap, tell lola I'm ok and come back later" she says
"Fine but I'll be back as soon as I can" I give her a quick kiss and leave her room
Rosie's pov
"Miss what's wrong with me" I ask the nurse just as Zac leaves the room
"Well miss I'm sorry to tell you that you have cancer" she says
"I have what?" I ask again not sure if I heard right
"Cancer" she repeats
