It Was Always You | Harukyu

Part 6

Haruto threw the pocky stick away and from once the noisy crowd went silent. It wasn't intended but as he looked up, his eyes met with Junkyu's who was standing a little far away, watching him. Suddenly Haruto's pupils narrowed upon looking at the older and he ran ran hastily towards him.

'What's happening?',Junkyu was trying to understand the situation.'Is he coming to me?',he questioned as Haruto's run directed towards him. "Uhhh--",Junkyu's words got cut off once Haruto ran past him. 'So he wasn't running to me?'. From once Junkyu's legs ran after Haruto, more like a reflex action.
The whole crowd watched confused.

"What was that?!", Jeongwoo blurted out confused."Let's go after them". Jeongwoo along with Doyoung and Jaesahi ran out.

"Harutooooooooo",Junkyu ran after Haruto who was running faster than a metro train. "Aish...what's....", Junkyu hastened even though he was running out of breath. Haruto ran further faster as if he was chasing someone."What even is he running so much for?", Junkyu almost lost track of him until he finally reached an intersection of this dark alley. He stopped and holded on to the street light post as he catched his breath. He saw Haruto but he was on top of a man.
"Ruto.....",Junkyu took weary steps towards him while still heavily panting. He analyzed the scene as to what seemed like Haruto had knocked down this fat- tanned skin man and had twisted his arm from the back. "Ruto, what's happening?", Junkyu questioned completely confused.
Haruto took out his phone using his other hand and dialed the police.

*Sound of sirens*
"Good job you caught him, he escaped the prison yesterday and we were having a hard time searching for him", the police officer said patting Haruto's shoulder. The other policemen handcuffed the thief and got him inside the car. Both Haruto and Junkyu bowed as the police car left the scene.

"Ruto.....", Junkyu's face turned (;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ')
Haruto looked at him saying,"You're unbelievable,hyung". He then handed junkyu's phone over to him.
"But how did you even see the man stealing it?"Junkyu questioned still amazed.

Haruto's P.O.V
'I'm done with this shit'. I threw the pocky stick and looked up before I walked away. I saw Junkyu Hyung watching me from where he was. He looked....concerned. 'Hyung why you----- wait' I noticed something. There was this big man standing behind Hyung, he looked kinda sus because he seemed too old to be someone from our school..... Just withing a sec, he sneakily took out Hyung's phone from his jacket's pocket and ran. Hyung had no idea about it because he was looking straight ahead and no one in the crowd noticed it either because all those buffaloes' attention were on the pocky game. I had no choice 'run Ruto', I immediately thought of that and my legs took me after this man

"Reallyyy???", Junkyu gasped. "Wahhhh... all of that happened and I was not even sure why I was running after you", he added.

"What? You ran without knowing you were robbed?",Haruto was in denial that Junkyu could be that oblivious. "Ahhhh...you're too unbelievable ,hyung", he sighed.

"Rutoooo",Junkyu aggressively hugged Haruto making him flustered. "Thanks to you my baby's safeeeeeee~ Gumawooo~~ ", he whined.
Haruto pushed him away showing a grimace but he was actually getting a panick attack.

"Enough", he walked ahead.
"You're not going back there ,are you?", Junkyu hesitantly asked Haruto while giving him an awkward cheeky smile as he followed him from behind.
Haruto stopped and turned making Junkyu take a step back for.....yk self protection tho he still had the cheeky smile on.
"Ah yeas....thanks for reminding how you betrayed and left  me.....I'm going to remember today",Haruto frowned and started walking again. "Is he that mad? Well...ofc ", Junkyu thought to himself
'Yaaa Ruto wait for mee', he ran behind him.
