Personality: Aidan, unlike his sister, prefers to spend his time alone. He enjoys his time by himself and spends it doing peaceful things like reading. He can be a bit socially awkward but you'll find it to be more amusing than uncomfortable.
He can have a temper, especially when he's embarrassed. Aidan gets embarrassed a lot. Ash says it's because he's so easy to tease. He's a lot more easy-going than his twin but when he digs his heels in, he digs them in hard.
Hisoccasionallydry sense of humour reminds Aidan's friends and family of his mother, who he is very close with. Aidan has a harder time connecting with Kai, since the two are very different in personality and interests.
Aidan turns to his sister for things, even when she isn't much help. He's very smart academically and has no problem helping her out. Ash in turn encourages him to be more social and allows him to tag along with her friends.
He's kind-hearted and sweet, even with his sometimes blunt exterior he has a very soft personality. Maybe that's one thing he and his father has in common.

Aidan is going to be so much fun to write! I love writing the awkward characters 😂.
I imagine that Ash is more of a Daddy's Girl and Aidan is much more close to Isla. I think Kai will probably try and connect with Aidan but he doesn't really understand his son as much as he does Ash so he may end up making Aidan pull away even more from him. Ash and Isla may argue a lot while Aidan relates to his mother more.
It's always interesting to see parent-to-child relationships. Especially if they're characters you already know and have basically seen grow up. It'll be fun to write what kind of parents they are.
