Pickup Lines (Posie/Reader)

Penelope uses cheesy pickup lines on Y/N and Josie. Lizzie gets in on the action.

Y/N and Josie are sitting at the breakfast table eating their breakfast. They smile as Penelope slides into the empty spot facing them. The three have been dating for two years now, and are very much in love. 

"Hey Penny," Josie smiles.

"Hello Jojo. Y/N/N. I have a question," Penelope replies.

"What is it, love?" Y/N asks.

"Are you two cameras? Because every time I look at you, I smile," Penelope smirks.

"That was so cheesy, Penelope," Josie groans. 

"It was really cheesy, but it was kinda cute too," Y/N agrees.

Penelope smiles proudly and their conversation drifts to other topics. Little do Y/N and Josie know, but Penelope has a whole lot more cheesy pickup lines in store for them.

In math class with Y/N, Penelope gets bored. The raven haired witch has never cared much for math. A mischievous smile creeps across her face as she gets an idea. Grabbing a post it note out of her backpack, she writes something on it and passes it to Y/N, who is sitting beside her. Y/N rolls her eyes as she reads it: If you were a vegetable, you would be a CUTE cumber

"Really, babe? A vegetable pun?" Y/N whispers.

"I got bored," Penelope shrugs.

"You goof," Y/N sighs, but doesn't complain as Penelope slips her another note.

We're not socks, but I think we'd make a good pair.

Y/N scoffs, and goes back to her math work. Penelope throws the third and final pickup line note at her: You're so beautiful you made me forget my pickup line. This one makes Y/N blush bright red, causing Penelope to smirk triumphantly, not caring that the teacher fusses at them for goofing off in class.

At lunch, they sit with Hope and Lizzie. Lizzie has a slice of cherry pie, which Penelope spots. A wide grin comes across her face as she comes up with an idea for a pick up line.

"Hey Jojo, Y/N/N. Take me to you're bakery because I want a cutie pie like you," Penelope smirks.

"Dude, why," Hope groans, collapsing dramatically onto Lizzie's lap. The blonde chuckles and runs her fingers through the tribrid's auburn hair. 

"It was pretty bad, Penny, but sweet," Josie admits.

"You know it. That's how I roll, baby girl," Penelope replies.

"I have one! Hopey, are you a bank loan, because you have my interest," Lizzie states.

"No. Not you. to, Lizzie! I thought we were friends," Y/N groans. 

"If your girl can use pickup lines, then so can I, Y/L/N!" Lizzie tells Y/N.

"Fine," Y/N sighs. 

Lizzie and Penelope smirk at each other. The rest of the day is spent with the blonde and raven haired girls using as many pickup lines of their girls as possible. While Y/N, Josie, and Hope pretend to be annoyed, they secretly love that their girls keep showering them with pick up lines as they know it shows how much Penelope and Lizzie love them, even though the pick up lines are really, really cheesy.
