Morning came fast, eight hours flew by like a second. You opened your eyes, the light of the sun was faint meant that you had enough time to get yourself ready. You slipped out of bed and walked over to your dresser.

You put on some black jeans, knee-long boots. You put on a white shirt and tucked it in your pants. You also put on an emerald green hood.

You walked out of the room and headed to the kitchen to eat some breakfast. You turned a corner and bumped into Harvey.
"Good morning, Capitan." He said brushing a strand of hair out of his face.
"Morning Harv. What are you doing up so early?" You said re-tucking your shirt.
"Couldn't sleep. But say, are you always this clumsy in the morning?"

"Yes. Now you better get yourself prepared. We start on them in advance for higher ground." You said bumping to him with your shoulder while walking away. You opened the kitchen door and headed in. A plate was already waiting for you with scrambled eggs and sausages, sprinkled with some basil. You sat down at the counter and started eating. It has been 4 weeks since you got back from Dream SMP and the war is going smoother than expected. This is the first war that only kept going for less than a month.

You finished your breakfast and started walking out from the kitchen. You turned the corner again and now headed to the ladders for the watchtowers.

"Soldiers!" You said looking over the them running into their places inside the walls.
"Good morning, Capitan!" They all said at the same time.
"At ease, today is a big day y'all. We are finally going to get this to an end." You said. Harvey just climbed up and stood next to you. "We are all ready to fight are we?" You asked leaning on the wall. Bunch of yes-s were heard, you nodded slowly and turned to Harvey.

You waved the soldiers off, they all started going back to what they been doing. You looked at Harvey again.
"This is going to be a long day." You said patting his shoulder.
"Before you go though, this is for you." He said handing you a scroll with the king's Seal.
"Thank you."
You climbed down and started walking to the control room while reading the letter. It was about how the king wants to help a little so he sended a General to help. You crumbled up the paper and threw it. Only thinking about what will happen.

"Capitan."
"Colonel Elijah." You said greeting the Colonel. "Anything new?" You asked leaning on the map table.
"Erm, nothing much. Other than the Pillagers wanting to get in." He said. You sighed and crossed your arms. "South gate, they think they can smart us out-"

"They are distracting us to get a better grip on the tired army. Easy, they attack south gate and from high probability those people are going to be at North gate too. That means they are probably more out of adrenaline then any of us, meaning they can kill them and start on the smaller army that's left." You said and walked to the window. "Smart".

"Well-"
"How many of them are at the gate?"
"About thirty people." He said.
"Okay. Then come with me, we kill them."
"But-"
"C'mon" You said grabbing his hand and pulling him out of the room. You ran thru the hallway into Harvey's room, without knocking you darted in. Harvey was sitting at his desk writing something. He whipped his head around, looking straight at you and Colonel Elijah. The sun was shining thru the stained glass, making red light dance on the floor.

"Harvey. What are you doing?" You asked letting go of Elijahs hand.

"Have you heard of knocking?" He asked and crumbled up the paper that he wrote on.

"You don't talk to your Capitan like that, now do you?" You said pulling him up. He straightened up a little as you squeezed his shoulder.
"Excuse my attitude, Capitan." He said sort of sarcastic. To that you hummed and walked back to Elijah.

"Get ready in five. We are heading out." You said.
"Already?"
"No, there are about thirty people attacking South gate. We are going to kill them" You said grabbing Elijah again and stepping out of the room. Elijah was used to you pulling him around and being touchy with him. He was your first friend in Laencaster. Elijah was one of those cookie cutter people with brown hair and brown eyes, but he was a good friend back in the day and now too.

You pulled Elijah all the way to the village part of the walls cause that's where south gate was. In a couple minutes you saw Harvey walking up to you two.
You went in one of the watchtowers and from the top of it jumped down on the wall. When the last person landed you got a close view of the people trying to get in.

"I jump off to distract them, then you guys come after me." You whispered. Harvey and Elijah nodded. You pulled out the axe and your sword and jumped off, only to land next to the group. They looked at you for a while before understanding what was going on. They realized and couple of them started running at you. You jumped high enough to jump over them, Eli and Harvey jumped off too and started fighting with them.

You took down the people who attacked you then went on and helped the others. Luckily it didn't take longer than half an hour so you could easily get back for the 'get ready' for the fight. They opened the gate and you walked in. You made your way to the watchtower and climbed up. You stood in front of the wall and folded your hands neatly behind you. You didn't participate in this fight. The General of the king's army is coming and the situation had you wait for her. She wasn't important for you to wait for, but the king commanded to have the situation explained to her.

She is mostly here to collect report, but also to help.

"Soldiers, in form." You yelled. All of them ran to place and stood straight. "Left face," They all turned in sync. "And march." All of them started walking at the same time. You turned to Eli and nodded. He nodded back with a small smile and climbed down and ran in the back of the army.

The gate slowly opened, everyone left and it closed. You looked at Harvey and climb down.

When you got on the ground, the massager was standing there, scroll in hand and the crow on his arm.

"Miss, L/N?"
"Yes"
"Unknown letter from a Crow."
