But for Bakugo at that moment time seemed to stop. His thoughts weren't registering properly and his mind was racing as well as his heart that was pounding in his ears. His fingertips went numb and it felt as though his whole existence was riding on a couple of words.
After many tedious minutes of careful consideration. Weighing the pros and cons. Imagining future scenarios the red-eyed male believed these next few words to be the right things to say.
