Chapter 4: First Exploration

Sam's POV

Tonight, Colby and I are going to try to spend the night in a public mall. It seems risky, I know. But that's what makes it exciting. It's our first overnight video we've filmed for youtube and I'm really excited. I pack up food and games for us to do to pass the time. When I finish packing, my phone vibrates.

I walk outside with my backpack and get into Colby's car. He starts the car and we talk as he drives to the mall. Spending time with Colby always makes me so happy, no matter what we are doing. I've never felt this way with anyone before.

We arrive at the mall and get out. We walk around the mall trying to find a place to hide. We decide to hide in target because it has the best spot for us to hide. We get some food and walk around the mall until it gets close to the time Target closes. We set up a fort and climb in. We talk quietly as the workers close down the store. After a while, Colby lays down next to me and falls asleep. I wake him when the workers leave and we hang out until we hear a girl scream outside. Ten minutes later, we hear an alarm go off. Figuring that it had nothing to do with us because we were still hiding, we ignored it. We continue talking and/or sleeping until we start hearing workers walking around. Once the store is open, we leave easily. We get to the car and climb in.
"How did we get of there?" Colby asks, laughing.

"I have no idea," I respond, laughing too.

Colby drives us home.

"Want to come to my room?" I ask.

"Sure," he answers.

We walk upstairs to my room and I collapse onto the bed. Colby lays down next to me and we fall asleep.

Third Person POV

Sam and Colby fall asleep next to each other and end of cuddling. Colby wakes up before Sam and realizes that they ended up cuddling but he doesn't want to let go so he just falls back asleep. Sam wakes up a little while later and shakes Colby awake.

"I'm hungry, are you?" Sam asks.

Colby nods, half asleep and Sam leaves to get food. He comes back a short while later to see Colby sitting in the living room. He sets the food on the coffee table and they sit down to eat. They then spend time discussing their next videos and watching movies.
