Quirk: time travel/time manipulation (like number five) and I heard a rumor (like allison)
Quirk explanation: she can jump through time and slow/ speed up time. And for the I heard a rumor she whispers starting of with saying "I heard a rumor" and then say her command and they do it.
Draw backs: When she uses her time quirk she ether ages fast or gets younger (but she goes back to normal after a couple hours). And for her I heard a rumor quirk she gets really sleepy.
Quick back story: Neveah was put into foster care a 2 because her biological weren't ready for her (that's what she was told) and somehow she ended up in Japan with the bakugos, She grew up with them and there son bakugo who was like her brother, and there best friend izuku midoriya.
But sadly on her 5th birthday she was taken away from them and ended up back in the states with her biological parents
