"Alexa?" The two girls ran into each other's arms, tears spilling from their eyes.

"God I can't believe I found you!" Alexa laughed threw her cries. Kinoko and Max stared at the two girls, their faces dull and stern.

"As lovely as this little reunion is, we need to get to the river now or else we won't make it back to enroll in the competition" Max said, his voice seemed sterner and more annoyed. Alexa and Lilith let go of each other then followed the other two to the river. The crystal waters were so beautiful, the bright sun reflecting off it. Kinoko, Max, and Alexa took off their shirts and pants leaving the girls in their bras and shorts while Max just had his boxers. Lilith quickly turned away from the others, Alexa stood behind her and put their hand on her shoulder.

"It's ok Lil, if you don't want to join us in the river right now it's fine but we are going to go for a swim and you are more than welcome to join" Alexa told Lilith in a calming voice. Lilith smiled to herself as Alexa walked toward the other two and the river. The three friends went hand in hand and jumped into the river, when the came back up they were laughing.

"Um guys, I will be right back" Lilith walked into the forest, Alexa didn't think anything of it. Kinoko and Max though were worried with Lilith now being here.

"Um hey Alexa" Max tried to get Alexa's attention.

"Yeah?" They replied.

"Well now that Lilith is here, are you still going to enter the competition?" They asked. Alexa was shocked he would even need to ask, but before she could answer Kinoko jumped in.

"Of course she won't! They got what they wanted and now she will just bail on us and go back to her perfect world!" Kinoko yelled, this was the first time Alexa had ever seen Kinoko cry.

"What the hell! You guys really think now that I have Lilith back I would ditch you guys!?" Alexa shouted back.

"Well.." Max started but got cut off again by Kinoko.

"Well when you first got here you wanted nothing to do with us or our world! All you wanted was for your life to be fixed, you didn't care if that meant we had to live in suffering!" Both girls were now crying a bit. "Remember what you said to me the first night?! You said you should be out having fun and not here trying to help us! You selfish bastard!" Kinoko shouted again.

"Oh ok so I am the selfish one!? I didn't trick someone into using some random magic portal so they could save their entire land!" Alexa shouted back. Alexa got out of the water and started to dry off before putting her clothes back on and walking off.

"Alexa..." Max said quietly. Alexa just left and went to find Lilith in the forest. Tears were streaming down their face, she was so hurt that they would think of her like that.

"Alexa? Are you ok, what happened?" Lilith asked, she held her arms out ready to give Alexa a tight hug. Alexa fell into her arms, Lilith slowly began to sit down on the green grass as Alexa layed in her arms still quietly sobbing. The tree around them began to move with the wind, some leaves floating around in the air. It was silent, the only noises being the wind and Alexa's sobs. Lilith just ran her fingers through Alexa deep brown hair, as Alexa calmed down and fell asleep.

"It's going to be ok love, I promise" Lilith whispered as she smiled and fell asleep with Alexa. A few hours passed and Alexa had finally woken up, the sun was starting to set. She stood up quickly and shook Lilith's arm to wake her up.

"Wake up! I need to go somewhere and you need to go with me!" Lilith slowly woke up, her eyes fluttering open. Alexa helped her stand up and she yawned.
