Her Realm

ℭ𝔥𝔞𝔭𝔱𝔢𝔯 8 𝔖𝔢𝔭𝔱𝔢𝔪𝔟𝔢𝔯 17𝔱𝔥, 1986, 𝔫𝔬𝔬𝔫

Earlier that morning Alexa woke up to see Lilith was still laying next to her. The morning went on normal, having breakfast biscuits and coffee around the table with everyone. Hana and Indy were shocked to see Lilith at the table but stayed silent.

"Ok kids," Hana started, she was wearing a leafy green sweater with light blue jeans and had her hair down. "me and Indy are going to goto the shops so you all behave here." She stated sternly. Everyone nodded before the two women walked out the door and soon into the forest toward the shops. Lilith stayed silent at the table in the kitchen while everyone else sat on the couches in the living room. Max had his arm around Tal's shoulder. Tal never complained about this action though, it seemed like he liked it. He was blushing clear as day with a smile. Kinoko and Alexa sat next to each other just trying to make small talk and telling jokes.

"So when does the competition start?" Alexa asked, the room became silent before Max spoke up.

"It will start in October and can go as long as years" Alexa's eyes went wide. She knew this was going to be a long competition but she never thought of it being as long as years.

"It challenges your mind and uses all of your fears against you," Tal began explaining, "even makes you murder people." Kinoko slapped Tal's leg.

"That is just a stupid rumor, don't worry Alexa" Kinoko tried to calm Alexa down. Alexa just sat silent before Lilith walked over and put her hand on Alexa's shoulder.

"You don't need to be so worried, everything will be ok." Alexa took a couple deep breaths and calmed herself down. She stood up walked over to the kitchen.

"Anyone want tea or snacks?" Alexa called out.

"Oh could I have some of the autumn breeze tea!" Max asked. Alexa went over and poured a cup of tea for Max then grabbed a plate of leftover breakfast biscuits and brought them back out to everyone. She placed the plate carefully on the coffee table in the middle of the couches and handed Max his tea. Alexa went back to the kitchen to grab herself a cup of the tea as well then came back and sat down in between Kinoko and Lilith. Alexa took a sip of her tea before Kinoko spoke up.

"You never did tell us what your tea taste like to you." Alexa took one more sip before answering Kinoko's question.

"My dad's pumpkin pie with whipped cream on top" Everyone stared at Alexa confused. "You guys do know what pumpkin pie is, right?" Everyone looked at each other then back at Alexa. Lilith laughed a bit before explaining.

"There is no pumpkin pie here Lexa" Alexa's jaw dropped.

"No pumpkin pie?! Do they at least have pumpkins and some of the ingredients so I can make some?" Lilith thought for a second.

"Ludia fruit is taste very similar to pumpkin." Alexa set her cup down and stood up and began walking toward the kitchen before stopping at the doorway.

"I'll get the crust ready while you guys go get that ludia fruit thing!" Alexa walked into the kitchen and began searching for spices and other ingredients. Everyone in the living room laughed as they got up and went outside to get the ludia fruit.

By the time Alexa had the crust all done and ready the others were just getting back with the ludia. Ludia was a baby pink color with dark blue spots and a grassy green top. They were small fruits which explained why it must've taken them longer to get them. Tal got out the cutting board and placed the fruits on it. Alexa began to cut the fruit, the inside was a thick cyan blue goop. Alexa took about three of the fruits and put the blue middle into the mix. The others went back to the living room while Alexa and Lilith made the pie. Alexa mixed the ludia mixture while Lilith made some final touches on the crust. Alexa took the bowl of the center and dumped it into the crust and smoothed it out placed it in the oven for about an hour.
