Ｐａｒｔ １６

"Jalen is being so annoying, like I actually can't." Athena confesses.  We were all chilling in the pool talking to each other. "Why what happened?" I ask her.  She sighs and takes off her sunglasses. "He doesn't have time for me." She tells us. I look at her weirdly and say "Explain."

"Well..."

Athena POV

I got ready early in the morning to go surprise Jalen. He had an off game yesterday so I thought of giving him a lil relax and date kinda day, and yes I'm missing my dance practise for this. I wear a cute pair of dark washed denim bell bottom pants with a white ruffle top and necklace. 

I get into my car and drive to his house listening to Cardi B as always. I got the keys to his house so I walk in and go to the kitchen. I wash my hands and dry them before digging my hand into the grocery bag I brought with me. I take out a loaf of sour dough bread and cut up two slices. I then take out a avocado and smash it then season it. 

I'm finally done cooking and ended up with avocado on sourdough bread, hash browns, sunny side eggs and coffee.  I put it on a tray and take a photo of it, it looks so good. I slowly bring the tray up to his room and walk in. 

I put the tray on the bedside table and slowly and carefully shake him. "Baby wake up." His eyes slowly opens and he smiles when he sees me. I quickly give him a peck on his lips as he sits up. I bring the tray to his lap. 

"I know yesterday wasn't the best day for you, so I wanted to just cheer you up!" I tell him and he smiles at me.  "Thank you ma." He says before eating. After he finished he moved the plate to me and got up. "What are you doing?" I ask him. 

"Getting ready to hang out with the boys." He says. I turn my head to the side. "I told you yester-" I get cut off by him. "Look ma, I don't have whole day to hang out you, I'm busy." I look taken back. "But yester-" This man cuts me off again. "Shhh". My mouth widens and I put the tray on the bed. Umm I'm not free either?  

"I'm not free either Jalen." I tell him as I get up. "I make time for you, you clearly don't do the same for me, I even asked you yesterday to hang out all day with you, you said yes Jalen, stick to your words, I'm not this hoe with no life!" I yell. He's about to say something and I just grab my phone and leave. I walk into the kitchen and grab the grocery bag. I just wasted so much time and effort on this bitch.

I see him walk down the stairs while putting a shirt on. I look at him and stick my finger up at him, he looks and laughs, he's about to say something until I shut the door in his face. I jump into my car and drive home, I missed rehearsal for this dickhead.

End of Athena POV

"Damn that is pretty fucked up." I say. "Ya think!" She laughs. I jump onto a floatie.

"He made me feel like I'm his side hoe or something, I can't stand being treated like that." She says as she jumps on the edge of the pool.

Winter pulls her sunglasses off and looks  at Athena. "I live off this saying but...Give him a taste of his own medicine..." She says. Athena laughs and replies. "Oh I sure will." 

"I'm pretty sure we're like going to a party tonight, you got some chances to piss him off there." I smirk  looking at the group chat.  Athena smiles widely. "I know exactly what to do." 

We all get out of the pool and walk inside. I grab water bottles and throw them at Athena and Winter. Athena catches it while Winter gets hit on the head by it. "Ow that hurt!" She whines. "Aww do you need Rife to kiss your boo boo." I tease her. She looks at my directly in the eye before slowly bending down and grabbing the water bottle and snatching Athena's one and she comes running to me.
