"So it's true? You're alive?" Katherine asked.
"Yeah, Kat. I'm alive, but I'm sure you knew that already."
"Would you like to explain why you have an archangel coming after you?"
"That doesn't matter, besides I need a favor."
"A favor?"
"I want you to research a man named Leo."
"Let's say I do this little favor... What's in it for me?"
"I still have my magic, I'm sure we will come up with something you would like."
"Fine, you have a deal."
Elena hung up the phone and threw on her jacket before walking out of her apartment. She knows that she had done a stupid thing, and now Jeremy was in danger.
Elena walked up to the Mikaelson's door and paused. For a moment she felt her emotions overtake her, something they hadn't done ever since she left.
She doesn't know what caused it, but her emotions suddenly got snuffed out. Similar to the way it had been snuffed out when she first awakened.
Elena walks in without giving it another thought.
She quietly made her way through the mansion, stopping when she heard Klaus, Jeremy, and Rebekah talking.
"She did seem different." Jeremy confessed.
"Different how?" Klaus asked.
That's when the feeling hit her again, this time it was more powerful than it ever was. Elena dropped down in pain. Her heart felt like it was going to combust into millions of pieces.
She felt something fighting her, it was as if somehow she was at war with herself. She hadn't realized she had been screaming until she caught a glimpse of Rebekah, Jeremy, and Klaus. When her eyes landed on Klaus the force hit her harder.
Suddenly her mouth started moving as tears welled up in her eyes.
That is when she realized that she was no longer in her own body, at least not all of her was. She was simply a mere spectator now, watching herself cry out for help, but it was not the help she was looking for.
"Klaus, help me! Please I can't-" the voice was pleading for help desperately, Elena couldn't help but get an uneasy feeling about the voice that came from her.
Before Elena could give it another thought her whole world was swallowed by darkness.

Elena's eyes opened slowly, unsure of where she was, as she sat up her eyes landed on him. The one she loved even more than words could express, but she knew she could never have him.
"Klaus" She breathed.
His eyes snapped up at her, completely relieved that she had finally woken up.
"Elena" Klaus acknowledged, beginning to walk closer to her.
"Stop! Please stay away from me!" Elena begged with tears in her eyes.
Klaus did as she said, she was shaking like a leaf and he was concerned.
"What's wrong?" Klaus asked.
Elena swallowed hardly.
"You- you shouldn't be here Klaus."
"And why not?"
"Because it's not safe" Elena confessed.
Klaus chuckled at that, what could possibly be 'unsafe' for an immortal hybrid.
"I'm serious Klaus!" Elena yelled at him.
Just as she yelled, the mansion began shanking, Elena quickly looked down at her wrist. The golden bracelet Zoey had made her was gone.
"Where is it?" Elena asked as she fumbled around looking for it.
"Where is what?" Klaus asked.
"My bracelet! Where is it." Elena yelled
Suddenly Klaus grabbed her neck and pushed her up against the wall.
"You don't need that silly piece of jewelry" Klaus whispered.
But it had not been Klaus who had whispered that, no it was something completely different. The voice sent shivers down her spine, as she cursed Helen for leaving this monster with her. Of course, she couldn't completely blame Helen.
Elena gritted her teeth, before trying so desperately to get out of its hold. She knew it was useless, the demon was stronger than she will ever be.
"Accept me." The demon demanded.
"Never." Elena spat back.
The demon growled and tightened its grip on her neck, causing her to choke. It gave her a devilish smile as her vision began to fade.
It knew it couldn't kill her, so it took its time torturing her in various ways. It was very uncommon for Elena to fight back successfully as she had done an hour ago.
When she had begged for Klaus's help...
She doesn't know if she would ever get another chance like that.

"Why isn't she waking up?" Klaus growled as he hit the wall.
Before anyone could respond, a man dressed in all white walked in. The man had blonde hair and blue eyes that had pecks of brown in them.
They all paused and looked at the man, who was standing at the entrance. His eyes were stuck on Elena, occasionally glancing at Klaus, Rebekah, and Jeremy.
Klaus's eyes widened as soon as he recognized what the man was.
"Bloody hell" Rebekah groaned.
