I pull up into the Sway House driveway.

I get out of the car and get Kayla out of her car seat.

B: are you excited baby?

K: YES!

I smile and knock on the front door.

Kio openes it and smiles when he sees me.

Kio: BELLA?!

Bella: Hey Kio!

Kio: Oh my god its been so long!

He pulls me into a hug

Kio: And you have a kid!?

Bella: Yeah, kio this is Kayla

Kio: Hi Kayla

He waves at her and she hides her head in the crook of my neck.

B: baby it's okay, this is Kio one of my friends

K: Oh okay! Hellooo

Kio: Hello, So it's good to see you!

B: yeah Josh and Bryce invited me

Kio: Oh cool. Were you the person they met last night?

B: Yeah!

Kio: Ohhh okay! Well come in!

We walk inside and everyone looks at me

Addi: BELLA?!

She runs up to me but stops when she sees Kayla in my arms

Addi: and a child?

B: Uhh yeah this is my kid, she's called Kayla

Addi: oh my god she's so cuteeee!

B: Kayla this is your auntie!

K: Hiya!

She waves at Addi

Addi: Ahhh she's so cute!

Addi picks her up and hugs her.

Griffin: bella!

B: hey griff!

G: it's been so long!

B: yeah!

I hug him

Quin: Hey bella!

B: Hey Q!

Anthony: Ahh Bella! I've missed you so much!

Bella: I've missed you too Ant!

I turn around and see Jaden looking at me with his eyes wide and his mouth open.

Bella: Hey Jaden....

J: H-Hi...

He looks at me for a second then looks away.

God it's been a year and it still hurts to seen him....

Kio: So how old is Kayla?

He says while playing with her hair as Addi clings onto her.

B: umm around a year old, She'll be two in 6 months!

Addi: Aww I can't wait for her birthday!

K: Mommy!

B: Yes honey?
