          "Are you ever going to say that you like her? Cause if you don't I am going to hit on her" Ajay smirked at Rakesh "Yeah and you think your body will roam the earth after that then you are making a wrong guess" "Shut up Rakesh I was kidding" "I am not the romantic guy Ajay I don't know how to say that to her" Ajay just stared at him. You are standing in your balcony reading a book. "Hi (y/n)" someone shouted . You peaked your head to see who was calling you.  You saw Ajay and Rakesh . You can never lie here but Rakesh was the cutest person you ever saw walking on this earth. You and Rakesh never spoke to each other that much . You didn't know what was wrong with him . He was always nervous around you and he will never speak the way to you the way he speaks to others. He bullies others , speaks a little harsh to others but when it comes to you he is just the total opposite . You didn't know if you are the one who has the fault or him but you never asked or said anything to him about this . Even if you wanted to shout out to him that he was the cutest person and you had a crush on him you could never . You just closed your mind off from these things and walked downstairs to meet with Ajay and Rakesh . Ajay and Rakesh were really good friends even if they get into tiny fights they had a decent friendship between them. "Hi Ajay hi Rakesh" Ajay waved at you while Rakesh just looked down and smiled . "What happened Rakesh? Is everything fine? You look dull" "Nothing to worry all good" "Wow atleast you speak a sentence all you do is answer in one word to me" you giggled and Ajay slightly chuckled . "Bye " Rakesh said and moved away leaving you and Ajay alone. "Man what did I do so wrong?" "It's not your fault (y/n) maybe he is just tired" "No seriously did I make a mistake or something like look at the way he acts with you and others and to me" Ajay gently patted you on the shoulder and assured you it was all good and none of this was your fault . "Atleast did you say you have a crush on him?" You turned to Ajay "Wow funny you think he will respond with aww I love you too pfft.." "You know because of you two I am getting a damn headache" "Why what did Rakesh do to you?" "Nothing nothing" he just chuckled . You sighed . Ajay's phone rung. "Ok bye Rakesh is calling" "Bye" you smiled at him and went back upstairs to continue your book. Few hours passed and your phone came alive with Ajay's name in it . "Hello" "(Y/n) come to Rakesh's place fast " "What happened?" "I will tell you everything but come here" "I will be there" you cut the call and you rushed to get your car keys . You reached his place within minutes . You saw all his friends circling around him. Rakesh was sitting there with a furious face . Ajay came to you "We got into a fight" "When will you guys ever stop with this?" "It's in the past but you are the only one who could calm him down he has been shouting at us for like hours please calm him down" you death glared at Ajay . "Ughhh...Fine" . Ajay cleared out the crowd so that you and Rakesh can be left alone. You sat down beside Rakesh. You were a bit scared because you guys rarely talk with each other but you are the only one who can calm him down when it comes to these things . You weren't the best of friends but atleast you had a good friendship. You used to talk a lot years back but you don't know what happened in the middle Rakesh totally changed his behaviour towards you which made you a whole lot upset.  You placed your hand on his shoulder . Rakesh turned towards you with furious eyes . "What?" He raised his voice which made you flinch a little . "Rakesh ...Calm down" "No how can I ? Those guys get on my nerves " "Rakesh please why do you want to make enemies when you can make a lot of friends ?" "I don't want to make friends they leave you they hurt you so I think I am good with enemies " you just sat there frozen thinking of what to say to him next to calm him down "Ok leave it aside Rakesh what happened to you ?" "What happened to me? I am staying the same " "No I am not talking about that why are you not talking to me like before ? Why are you always avoiding me?" Rakesh just stared into space . You damn well knew he was going to lie to you. "Umm... I am not avoiding you. It's just.." "What ? Continue" "Ughhh...I can't can you shut up?" He just got up to leave . You stopped him. Now your face was closer to his face and it was your turn to be furious . "You think I am that soft I will just shut up and leave you . I am your friend damn it" "You are not my friend" he pushed you which made you fall to the floor and your elbow hit hard on the floor . "Ahh" "I am sorry" Rakesh came to you . You looked at Rakesh with tear filled eyes "This doesn't hurt but what you said did . I am your friend for years . If you will be happy without me then fine I will leave you alone" you got up and walked in a fast pace . "(Y/n) what happened ?" Ajay saw you walking with teary eyes. "Nothing Rakesh wants to be alone and he doesn't need me so I am doing him a favour" "What ? Are you mad? " "I am Ajay I am mad " you just shouted at him and left the place . Ajay just scratched his head not knowing what to do next . Weeks passed with neither you calling to check up on Rakesh nor him calling to check up on you . You didn't attend any of Ajay's calls .

    You heard a knock on your door. You opened it to see Ajay. "What do you want?" "(Y/n) why are you not picking up my calls ? " "Can't I just be alone ? Is that a big mistake ?" "Being alone is not a mistake but you could have just let me know you want to be alone Rakesh is just as worried as me" "Who ? Him ? He doesn't even want to see me and he is worried for me ?" "(Y/n) sometimes I can't believe you anyone who looked at Rakesh will say he is head over heels for you" "What?" "He is in love with you that's the reason he gets all nervous with you " you were standing there processing everything Ajay was saying to you . "Let's go" you said finally . Ajay smiled . You reached Rakesh's place. You knocked on the door . Rakesh opened it to see you and Ajay. Ajay nodded at Rakesh and Rakesh understood that Ajay said everything to you . You stared at Rakesh . "Care to explain" Rakesh sighed "Ok I am leaving " Ajay said and left you with Rakesh. "Come in" you walked inside . "Can't you just say?" "I can't I was nervous I was scared" "And why exactly were you scared?" "Rejection " "You think I will reject you?" "Of course why not ? I am not someone everyone likes" you just pulled him by his collar and placed a tender kiss to his lips . You pulled away to see a stunned look in Rakesh's face . "Now did that make everything clear?" He slightly nodded . You hugged him tightly . It took some time for him to relax which you happily gave to him. After few seconds he hugged back which made you smile into his chest . "I love you Rakesh you are all I want" "Really?" "Of course my dumbass" "I love you (y/n)" you just continued hugging him . Of course Rakesh was cute but with a dash of evil in him . That's what made you fall in love with him more .
