"Yuki and Kyo aren't coming?" The voice rung out as Aika gulped, she looked to the floor while Shigure simple smiled at the voice,.
"Yes" Shigure stated as he stretched his arms out in a yawn "Seemed like the two wanted to spend new year at home" he muttered before walking away. Aika gulped as she stayed stood there
"But you came Aika" the voice stated as the said girl looked up, she was greeted my a greatfully smile from her older sibling who looked at Aika.
"Of course, we always spend new year together" Aika smiled as she walked towards her sibling, she sat down beside Akito who simple smiled before looking away once again.
BEEP
Aika eyes widened as she felt her phone vibrate, she looked up to meet the look on Akito's face who simple glared at the girl.
"Sorry, it might be Yuki" Aika smiled as she pulled out her phone, though her eyes widened further as she saw the message written on the screen, she blushed loudly. Akito's eyes widened on seeing the expression on her face.
"Aika" Akito stated with a strict like voice as the girl looked up her eyes widened in fear before she put her phone back down.
"It was just Yuki, Lettting me know he got home safe" Aika smiled while Akito looked at her before nodding, Aika looked down at the phone that rested in her hand. A wide smile on her face

"Awe no, Did you three do the grocery shopping? I could of helped" Aika smiled slightly as she watched Tohru, Kyo and Yuki walked into the house holding the shopping, she frowned slightly.
"Oh no! It was great don't worry" Tohru smiled while Aika looked at the girl with a greatfull smile.
"Why don't i help with dinner then? It can just be us to Tohru" Aika smiled while Tohru eyes widened as she flushed in embarrassment before she smiled widely.
"I would love to!" She called out while Aika smiled though her eyes soon drifted to another certain boy who held a scrunched up face.
"Are you okay Yuki?" Aika questioned when it was just the two after Tohru had left to the kitchen, the boys eyes widened further at her.
"I'm fine, Don't worry" Yuki smiled before walking away, Aika watched him walk away with a look of concern.
"Hold on a second....... Did you say marathon?" Kyo appeared at the door along side Aika who dumbfounded at the fire surrounding the cat as his eyes glistened with determination.
"Y-Yes" Tohru muttered as her face was full of sweat and nerves, Aika signed walking past Kyo and towards Yuki with concern.
"This is a..... Competition!" Kyo stated pumping his fist while Aika glared towards the cat before she raised her hand and chopped his head "Ah! What the hell!" Kyo screamed in her face.
"There will be no competition, Yuki is sick and it won't be good for either of you" Aika stated before she smiled and placed her hands together "Can't you both get along-"
"You gonna bail just because you have the sniffles!" Kyo shouted while Aika froze, her face dropped before her head hung low in shame "You better not back out!" Kyo shouted again.
"Why? Why does no one listen to me" Aika stated as her head still hung low, Tohru gasped and soon comforted the girl as she patted her back.
"Woah! Is that?"
"Yes it is!"
