"Hiro's getting a new brother or sister?!" Momiji exclaimed while he, Tohru, Haru, Kyo, Yuki and Aika walked the trail up to the beach house. They had just gone grocery shopping and now are returning
"Yep. I wonder which one it's going to be. A boy or a girl" Tohru stated with a smile
"Either is good but if it were a girl he wouldn't be able to give her hugs and cuddles" Momiji stated hugging his watermelon while Aika signed.
"At Least now we know that there won't be any spirit left so Hiro's mutti won't be sad" Momiji finished while Aika flinched remembering back when Akito told her.
"All the zodiac spirits have been born, even the rarest and they won't be born till we die" Haru stated while Tohru furrowed her eyebrows
"The rarest?" Tohru questioned as Aika flinched before she looked away from the girl while Yuki only signed as her action
"Though Hiro's mutti wasn't even fazed when he first transformed!" Momiji explained while Tohru's eyes wandered back to him
"She looked at him and said 'how wonderful. I love sheep" Haru stated recreating the scene while Aika signed remembering back to her first transformation
"The bird! The songbird has been born, it hasn't happened for hundred years!"
"Tohru, is that too heavy?" Momiji asked as Aika looked back at Tohru who was holding a watermelon she smiled
"No, I'm fine but why did you buy some many watermelons?" Tohru questioned as Aika smiled and turned around to face her
"Because it's summer and you know what that means..." Aika began as she looked at Momiji who wore the same expression on her face
"All right, let the watermelon splitting contest begin!" Both Aika and Momiji yelled together, excitement in their voice as Aika smiled widely.
"Huh?" Yuki, Hiro and the rest exclaimed while Aika smiled
"We're going to celebrate little hiro becoming a big bruder!" Momiji exclaimed while Aika looked at the rest with a smile.
"And i read this was a great summer activity to do!" Aika finished off with a bright smile as she shook with excitement.
"These things are stupid" Kyo muttered as Aika looked at him with a pout
"Won't we need a blindfold and a stick?" Yuki questioned as Momiji shook his head and a certain black and white haired boy made his way to the watermelon
"Haru-" Aika began but Haru chopped the watermelon with his hands while the rest of them sweatdropped at his action.
"Prove your prowess as a big brother, Hiro" Haru stated picking up a bit of the water melon as Aika signed.
"Do you ever make sense?" Hiro questioned looking at the boy who simple looked at the watermelon while Momiji squealed.
"Kay! Me next. I wanna celebrate properly so i will do my best" Tohru exclaimed while Aika sweatdropped further at the girl, growing concerned "I've done it before and it was with my mo- My monkey!" Tohru exclaimed
"Your monkey?" Everyone questioned while Aika looked at the girl in concern as she had a nervous look in her eyes
"I didn't know monkey's could split watermelons!" Momiji exclaimed as his arms were wrapped around Haru.
"Oh. Yeah! It's amazing what they can do!" Tohru exclaimed while Aika looked even more concerned as her eyes trailed to Kyo and Yuki
"I guess what i said really did bother her" Hiro mumbled pushing his hair back while both Aika and Kyo looked at the boy.
"Anyway here goes nothing!" Tohru shouted while Aika eyes widened as she darted back to the girl, Aika eyes widened
"She's doing it?!" " Bad idea!" " No Tohru!"
"Congratulation on your new arrival" Tohru cried as nothing had happened to the watermelon she hit, Aika darted towards her.
"Are you okay Tohru?" Aika questioned in concern before all hell sort broke loose '
"I will try my best too!" Kisa shouted her hands in the air as Aika's eyes darted to her
"No Kisa!" Hiro shouted hand reaching out to the girl as Aika eyes darted to Momiji,
"I think i'm going try throwing mine instead!" Momiji exclaimed while Aika eyes widened as Haru simple ate his watermelon.
"Stopppp!" Aika screamed in a panic state as she saw everyone around her.
"Mhm" Aika mumbled rubbing her head as she sat up from her bed, she sighed loudly before she looked out at the setting sun in the sky "I'm hungry" Aika muttered walking out of the room to the stairs.
"Huh? Shigure?" Aika questioned looking at the man as she held her towel in hand, Shigure looked up at her
"Just the person i wanted to see" Shigure smiled as Aika made her way down the stairs with an annoyed looked on her face
"And why would you be looking for me?" Aika questioned now she stood in the hallway, beside the sitting room that rested the rest of the Sohma's who came with the exception of Haru and Yuki.
"Well, Someone wants to see you" Shigure stated while Aika's face grew even more confused before she looked back to see Kyo looking away.
"Who-"
"Akito came" Shigure cut Aika off as her eyes widened, the towel falling to the floor as Aika stood there in shock as a frown appeared on her face
"That's why i was allowed to come" Aika mumbled as Tohru's eyes were wide with concern on looking at the girl
"Akito wants to see you and of course you need to see Akito" Shigure stated while Aika nodded, she notice the group staring before she signed "Everyone else is going to come as well" Shigure stated.
"Everyone else" Aika mumbled looking towards Kisa and Hiro in concern before her eyes darted to Shigure "Where's Yuki?" she stated in panic
"Out walking" Haru stated coming into the house as Aika looked at him in concern as he nodded, she signed before she smiled
"We better get going then" Shigure stated as everyone waved at them, Aika grip her hand tightly a she walked beside Haru
"You shouldn't worry to much" Haru stated patting Aika on the head while she fiddled with her hands, She gripped her dress tightly
"I should of known, I should of known Akito would do this" Aika mumbled as both Haru and Momiji looked at her concerned.
"Don't worry so much Aika-chan!" Momiji smiled grabbing the girls hand while she looked down at him with a grateful smile
"Momiji, don't go to near Akito okay?" Aika smiled rubbing the boys head as he nodded with a smile
"Everyone else should stay here, Aika. Akito is eager to see you" Shigure stated with a smile while Aika nodded, she looked back at the other before walking off
'This is what it was alway like, Isolated from the other while i walking alone' Aika mumbled tighten her fist as she came to the door 'Alway with Akito' she finished thinking as the door opened
"Aika!" Akito exclaimed standing up and Aiak greated her older sibling with a smile and the two embraced one another as Akito smirked
"You weren't having too much fun were you?" Akito questioned the white haired girl while Aika simple smiled and looked at Akito
"How could i have fun with Oni-chan" Aika smiled though any person could tell it was a fake smile on the inside she was crying.
