Author's POV

"We have a lot to catch up on" Jin mumbled, smilling at the younger omega. "W-we do Hyung." Jungkook said. "Do you want to tell me what happened after your parents took you back that day?" Jin asked cautiously, trying not to trigger the other omega. Jungkook nodded in response, taking a sip from his drink before proceeding.

"A-after that day, my parents had locked me up in my room for days. I... I don't really remember being fed anything during that time. A-and after a few more days, they told me that I will be g-going to an all alpha school now. I cried for days together because I wouldn't get to see you anymore. You always made me feel safe and comfortable. B-but my p-parents didn't like it I guess." Jungkook explained, chuckling a bit for some reason.

"That school wasn't that hard... I-i usually kept to myself and did all my work... Nothing more, nothing less. My parents were also silent... I was starting to think that they were being nicer to me. B-but then-" he cut himself off with a hiccup as he felt his eyes brimming his eyes again.

"Hey, it's ok kookie, you can tell me later if you want to." SeokJin soothed. Jungkook nodded, scooting closet to his eldest Hyung. "Should I call namjoon Hyung and the others, now? They were pretty worried about you too, baby." Taehyung said, looking at jungkook. The youngest nodded again, messy hair bouncing with his head.

"Ok, finish you hot choco, alright?" Taehyung said, earning another nod. Jungkook usually got like this after his calls with SiWoo. He didn't talk to anyone and preferred to be alone. But things were different now, that SeokJin was here. Jungkook was clinging onto him like a koala and it made taehyung just a tad bit jealous.

It was taking everything in him to hold back his growl. "I'll go outside. The reception is bad here." And with that, he excused himself from the room.

He sighed once he stepped foot out of the room. The air was fresh, and way thinner than that inside the room. Actually, his whole dorm was filled with Jungkook's pheromones, and they were sickly sweet for some reason. He shook his head, getting rid of the thought, as he messaged everyone on the group chat.

Taehyung smiled, looking down at his phone. The guys never failed to make him laugh, even in the worst situations. And although he would love to continue the chaotic conversation, talking to jungkook was way more important right now.

Speaking of Jungkook, taehyung wasn't really sure how much he could control his beta if he saw the younger sprawled over Jin again. So, he decided against going back in and instead walked aimlessly around their hostel floor.

All those questions were still on his mind. He couldn't wait to get the answers to them.

Meanwhile in the dorms, jungkook was silently clinging to Jin, doing nothing except taking s few sips from his cup, every once in a while, just like the old days. Jin didn't mind the younger clinging onto him, but he had his own questions that needed to be answered.

"Kookie, about taehyung-" Jin was cut off by jungkook. "I know he is my mate." Jungkook's voice was barely a whisper, it was still smooth, despite all the crying and really soft, as if he was thinking about something else while saying the words.

Jin took a while to recover from the shock, but smiled at the younger nonetheless. "I'm glad you figured it out. Tae still thinks you don't know." Jin said. "I... I just don't know what to do, Hyung. I know taehyungie Hyung is the one... But... W-what if SiWoo Hyung come back?" Jungkook said, looking directly at jin's eyes.

"I understand where you're coming from, kookie." Jin says, adjusting the younger on his lap. "What if I assure you that SiWoo isn't coming back?" He added. "I don't know." Jungkook said, frustrated. "It's ok, I promise SiWoo won't disturb you anymore. Take your time to think, alright? Also, what do you think about the other guys?" Jin asked. "I... I have feelings for all of them..." Jungkook said, hanging his head low.

"Bun, there's nothing wrong with that. Don't be embarassed." Jin said, smiling. "B-but they are four alphas and a beta. Why would they want a male omega? Plus I don't think someone c-can have 5 or even 6 mates." Jungkook said.

"They can jungkook. I researched a lot about this. A person can have 6 mates." Jin said. "Do you really think that us..." Jungkook trailed off. "Yes, koo, I do think that." Jin said, waiting for the younger's reaction.

"I would be really happy if that is true." Jungkook said, more to himself. "But... What if the others disagree... Or worse, they hate us?" Jungkook asked Jin. "Nobody will hate us, kook. I've known them for a while now. They're anything but judgemental." Jin said, running a hand through the younger's hair. Jungkook bit his lips, not really liking the idea. "I promise we will take it slow if you want. You don't have to ask them today-"

"I want to get this over with."
