Author's POV
At this point, everyone was sitting in their self designated spots in taekook's dorm room, while jungkook was comfortably snuggling into jin's lap. There was an awkward silence surrounding them.
While the alphas didn't know what to ask first, the omegas were waiting for someone to say something to break the ice. Tae, the only beta, was sitting besides Jin and jungkook. The only thing he cared about right now was keeping his scent in check and not growling at anyone who was looking at Jungkook.
Yoongi finally sighed. "Well, Jin Hyung, how do you know kookie?" He asked. "Jungkook used to be my junior in high school. We basically have the same relationship namjoon and taehyung have." Jin said, stroking Jungkook's head.
Another wave of silence.
"And jungkook, what exactly is your relationship with the SiWoo guy?" Namjoon asked.
"H-he is m-my f-fiance." Jungkook stuttered out. "Kookie, don't lie." Jimin said. Everyone in the room could tell jungkook was lying. Specially because of his body language and stuttering.
"Hyungs won't be mad you kookie." Hoseok said softly. "Just tell us the truth. We can help you." He added. The youngest's eyes widened. Did seokie hyung figure it out?
Jungkook glanced at Jin, who gave him an assuring nod. Taehyung's expression softened when he saw the younger's expression. "Bud, you can tell jinnie Hyung only, if you want." He said with a bitter-sweet smile.
He still hated how jungkook only trusted Jin.
But jungkook shook his head. "I-I want all of you to know. B-but-" he stoped to take a deep breath. "J-just promise you won't hate me." He said. His shoulders slumped and he began curling in on himself as he saw the other's questioning look, which he misread as a glare.
"They're not mad pup. Go ahead." Jin encouraged.
"S-so when my parents transferred me to t-that new h-high school... I had no idea what their intentions were. They... They made it seem like they did that for me. But they didn't. After a few months, s-some alphas started p-picking on me. They m-made sexual c-comments and a l-lot of other things... I told everything to my parents because I was scared that they would d-do s-something t-to me..." Jungkook trailed off looking down.
"Baby, calm down, it's ok, it's in the past now." Taehyung comforted. The youngest omega felt hands on his cheeks, wiping his tears that he hadn't even realised he was shedding.
"It's ok if you want to stop, gguk. Don't push yourself too hard..." Hoseok said, worry laced in his voice. Jungkook shook his head, gently guiding tae's hands away from his face.
"I need to get this out, hyungs. Sorry for the breakdown." Jungkook said, wipping his own eyes in a rushed manner. "It's ok pup, don't apologise." Namjoon said. And everyone else followed by comforting him with words, before allowing jungkook to continue.
"So my parents didn't pay any heed to it... Saying that the alphas are just trying to be friends with me. I knew that was a lie. I knew what they wanted. And then one day, an alpha finally made his move... I-i was in the washroom, changing my clothes after PE class. He just barged inside the room a-and p-pinned me t-to the w-wall. I-i was 15 back then... H-he scented me a-and started t-touching m-me down t-there. I-it was v-very humiliating but i- I knew no one would help me... H-he f-finally d-did it then and left m-me in the w-washroom, b-bleeding a-and d-dripping with h-his cum-"
Jungkook was cut off by taehyung's growl. "That fucking bitch." The beta spat. "Tae, calm down. This is not the time to be angry-" namjoon tried, seeing the omegas whimper from the sudden growl.
"Calm down my ass Hyung! What would you have done if someone did this to SeokJin Hyung?" Taehyung growled again, this time deeper.
"Tae ..." Yoongi said, calmly, as he pointed towards jungkook and Jin with his eyes. "Oh I-i am sorry. I got carried away." Taehyung said, not sounding much apologetical.
"So that alpha was SiWoo?" Hoseok asked, once everyone's scent was back to normal. "Y-yes. T-the only s-solution my parents could come up with was to e-engage me with SiWoo h-hyung... And then i-i lived w-with him f-for the r-rest of m-my school years. He used to hit me... But not that often... Although he was always hungry for s-sex... I-i didn't l-like him. I don't like him. B-but he is an alpha so I g-guess I don't h-have a choice..." Jungkook trailed off again.
"Baby... We don't hate you for anything, ok? It wasn't your fault. " Jin said, hugging the younger again. "Kookie, I promise we will help you get away from him. We will get the engagement called off and make him sign a restraining order." Yoongi said. "Yeah, you don't have to go with that guy again. We will take care of you." Hoseok blurted out.
"What?" Taehyung asked, pointedly looking at hoseok. "N-nothing. I meant we will all take care of him as his hyungs!" Hoseok said, in one breath, trying to clarify himself. But everybody could tell he was lying.
"Hobi," Jin started, carefully putting jungkook down on the couch, beside him. "Do you think the seven of us are mates?" He added, looking directly at the younger alpha.
"I- we- well yes. I do think that. Actually, me, yoongi Hyung, namjoon and Jimin. All four of us think that we are all mates." Hoseok sighed.
"It would make sense. We all feel very protective over you and kookie. Our beta gets jealous whenever anyone tries to come close to our pack members. And the alpha's rage was already visible today in the morning." Jimin said.
"I've thought about this before too. And I think Minnie is right." Jin said in agreement.
"Well yeah that would make sense..." Taehyung said, connecting the dots in his head.
"I-i have been trying to say this since a long t-time but couldn't because i-i was scared o-of SiWoo h-hyung..." Jungkook said.
"Mates or not, we will protect and help you with everything we have, right guys?" Namjoon asked.
"Yes!!" All of them (except namkook) cheered.
"I love you, hyungs." Jungkook said, voice breaking at the end with a sob.
"Aww, we love you too kookie." Hoseok said, hugging him and motioning everyone else to join. They obviously didn't have to be told twice.
"...I still don't know how I feel about sharing... But this feels great." Taehyung whispered to himself.
