After more than 2 months slumped with my feelings, I decided to step out and started my new life as Jay's wish for me. If starting a new life was his last wish for me then I have to full fill it so he could be happy there, although it was hard for me. All the students in our school still didn't know about Jay, they only knew that Jay got transferred to the USA. Jake also always there for me, whenever Sana and her minions wanted to bully me, Jake always protects me as Jay had asked for, about Sunghoon, we still didn't talk to each other. I thought it might his personality or he might hate me but I didn't care. One of the ways I did to forget the past is to apply for several part-time jobs. Currently, I work at a daycare as a helper and as a cashier in an ice-skating training ground. I've been working as a helper for almost a month and I just became a cashier for 2 days. Actually, I found out that worked as a part-timer was quite fun because I could meet new people, and of course, I got paid and could help my dad to full fill our needs. Jake always there for me, he has become my best friend now and I'm happy to have him as one of my besties. Mimi had found out that I've broken up with Jay and she always tried to comfort me, I felt grateful to have them in my life.

Mimi: Boooo.... What are you thinking about??

Y/N: Nothing, I just felt grateful to have friends like you and Jake in my life.

Mimi: (Hugged her) Aww.... I also felt the same to have you as my bestie. Anyways, are you going to do your job after school?

Y/N: Yes.

Mimi: What is your schedule today?? Work at the daycare or at the training center?

Y/N: Today I work at the training center, why?

Mimi: really?? Then I can visit you after I've finished with my job at the café.

Y/N: Sure, you can visit me anytime you want.

Mimi: Bye, Y/N. see you later.

Y/N: Bye...

With that I took a bus to my workplace, it took me about 20 minutes to arrive there and when I arrived there were already a lot of skaters practiced there. I swiftly changed shirts to our uniforms and helped my co-worker handled the customers.

Y/N: Let me help you, Chaeyong unnie. (Smiled)

Chaeyong: Ah... you've arrived early today, Y/N.

Y/N: My class dismissed early today. (While helping Chaeyong to serve the food)

Chaeyong: You can handle the cashier while I serving the food to the customers.

Y/N: Okay unnie.

I was taking the customers' orders when I spotted someone familiar practiced alone in the rink. I tried to look at his face but I couldn't since the customers blocked my vision, so I just shrugged it off and continued my works. I worked there until 9 pm and it was time for closed the bar. Mimi didn't visit me today because the café where she works advent by many guests so she has to stay longer than her shift. I was left alone because Chaeyong unnie has an important family gathering so she left first. When I was about to close the bar, I saw a man still practiced alone in the middle of the rink, his movements were really smooth and elegant, I bet he must be a professional skater, without realizing it, I have been watching him for more than 10 minutes. When I saw him more clearly, I realized it was Sunghoon. He was the one I have been watching all this time then I remembered that he is one of the best skaters in Seoul, so no wonder why he stayed up this late and now I knew where he got his cold attitude. Besides all of that, I felt pity if I left him alone and he seemed tired thus I quickly grabbed a new bottle of water from my bag and when he rested on the bench, I quickly approached him and gave him the water.

Y/N: Here, drink this. (Stood in front of him)

Sunghoon: (Looked up) Huh?

Y/N: Can I seat beside you??

He just nodded his head and moved his bag a bit so I could sit beside him.

Y/N: (Handed him the water) You seemed tired, so I thought why not to give you something to drink.

Sunghoon: (Took the water) Thank you. (Said it with a cold tone)

Y/N: Are you always staying up this late??

Sunghoon: Yes.

(Y/N's mind): Wow what a short and cold answer I got.

Y/N: Anyways, it's getting late so I have to go now, see you around, Sunghoon. (Stood up)

Sunghoon: Wait... (Stood up)

Y/N: Huh?? Do you need anything??

Sunghoon: What are you doing here??

Y/N: AH... I work here as a cashier, so if you need something you can ask me.

Sunghoon: (Nodded) Let me bring you home, it's already dark outside.

Y/N: (Smiled) No need to take me home, I can go home by myself but thank you for the offer. See you tomorrow, Sunghoon.

With that, I left the training center and headed home. What an unexpected meeting I had with him but he didn't seem that cold maybe he has his own reason why he always acts cold at school.
