14. Date?

Y/N POV

After we took my stuff at my house, I changed my outfit to this:

I changed my outfit because Jay told me that he wanted to bring me somewhere, was it a date?

I was a bit curious where he would bring me to so I decided to ask him.

Y/N: Where are we going??

Jay: It's a secret. (Still paid attention to the road)

Y/N: (Pout) Why don't you want to tell me?

Jay: Because it's a secret.

After 30 minutes we finally arrived at our destination but when I wanted to go out, Jay held my wrist and told me to stay in the car for a while. I just nodded my head, after a couple of minutes he finally came back but he suddenly blindfolded me.

Y/N: Why??

Jay: I want to give you a surprise so just follow my instruction. Can you?

I just nodded my head in excitement. He held my hand and led me gently to somewhere. Then we stopped so I asked him could I open my eyes and he said yes. When I opened my eyes, I was surprised with the view, it was a breathtaking view above Namsan tower, I turned around and asked him.

Y/N: What is all this for?? (Puzzled)

Jay: Nothing, I just want to bring you here.

Y/N: Are you taking me for a date??

Jay: Date?? Do you want to have a date with me?

Y/N: Huh?? I thought this is a date.

Jay: (Laughed) Actually, I brought you here not for a date just as a casual walk on weekend but if you want a date then I'll give you a proper date tomorrow.

Y/N: Nah, it's fine. You don't have to take me on a date.

Jay: (Turned Y/N around so he could see her properly) Actually, I'm planning to take you to a proper date tomorrow so... will you be my date tomorrow, Choi Y/N?

Y/N: Um..... sure but how about my dress, I don't have any dress.

Jay: Then, should we go to the mall now??

Y/N: (Jumped like a 5-year-old kid) Sure....

Jay: Before that will you answer my question honestly??

Y/N: (Frowned her eyebrows) What question?? And yes, I'll answer it honestly.

Jay: Where did you get the cut??

Y/N: (Nervous) W...what c..cut are you talking about??

Jay: (Took Y/N's right wrist and lifted her sleeve) Mind to explain this? (His face turned serious)

I just looked down to my feet but Jay lifted my chin and we made eye contact.

Jay: I won't mad at you, Y/N. Just tell me who gave you this??

Y/N: Actually, it's from....

[Flashback-School]

Y/N POV

After Mr. Lee dismissed our class, I went to the toilet because I really need to pee. I went there alone because Mimi was looking for Mrs. Kim, she forgot to submit her assignment on time. After I finished with my business in the toilet and was about to leave but Lisa barged into the toilet and started to yell my name.

Lisa: YAH, CHOI Y/N. Tell Mr. Lee that you don't want to be Jay's partner.

Y/N: But I want with him.

Lisa: YOU!? Why can't you just obey what I've said? is that hard for you??

Y/N: B..but... (Lisa slapped her)

Lisa: This's what you get for not obeying my words.

Then Lisa started to cut my right wrist with a piece of broken glass. I hissed in pain but she didn't care and kept continuing what she was doing until our junior came but luckily they didn't see what Lisa had done to my wrist. She gave me a death glare then stomped out from the toilet. I tried to wrap my wrist with toilet paper to prevent the blood dripped, after that I went back to my class to pack my stuff, there I met with Lisa again and she started to threaten me but luckily Jay came and took me with him.

[Present-Y/N POV]

I told Jay the whole story and he suddenly hugged me really tight.

Y/N: Are you alright?? I'm sorry I didn't tell you about this.

Jay: You should've told me about this and start from now I'll protect you.

Y/N: Why??

Jay: I'll tell you the reason later but can you promise me??

Y/N: What??

Jay: Promise me you'll always tell me what happens to you, please do not hide anything behind me.

Y/N: I will. (Then he hugged her again)

We have been looking around at the mall for about 2 hours then we decided to fill our stomachs since both of us were starving and after we ate, Jay brought me to a boutique and told me to pick the dress I like. After I tried several dresses, I ended up with this dress:

It simple yet elegant and I liked that dress. Then we went to the cashier and Jay paid for the dress. I thought after we bought the dress, he would bring me home but I was wrong, he took me to the ice cream shop and we bought ice cream there. then I took this picture and uploaded it on my SNS.

After that we headed home and rest, I couldn't wait for our date tomorrow.
