Thruce: Calming The Savage Beast

After a battle with an alien invasion was over, the Avengers now have to deal with a rampaging green monster.

"Hey, Thor, go reign in your boyfriend." Tony told Thor.

"I'm on it." Thor replied, flying over to where Hulk was.

Because of their relationship, the Asgardian was the go-to person to calm the gamma beast down. Thor cautiously walks up to Hulk, setting his hammer down on the ground.

"Hey, big guy, the fight is over now, so can we have Bruce back." Thor said gently, inching closer.

Huffing and grunting, Hulk grabs Thor by his cape and roars in his face. The spittle hitting his face didn't faze Thor one bit, he just wipes it off then gets back to the task at hand. He caresses the green giant's cheek and smiles warmly at him.

"Come on, little one, come back to me." Thor said.

Hulk's green eyes flash brown as he blinks rapidly. He drops Thor as he stumbles and sways. Then he turns back into Bruce Banner and collapses into Thor's arms. Thor takes off his cape and bundles Bruce in it.

"Did we win?" Bruce asked weakly.

"Yes, love, everything's okay." Thor replied kissing Bruce's temple.

"Thor....I'm tired." Bruce mumbled leaning heavily against Thor's broad chest.

As Thor carried his boyfriend back to the jet, Bruce fell asleep in his arms. And during the ride back home, the thunder god cradled the scientist in his lap, kissing his head and stroking his hair. While Bruce took a nap, Thor made him something to eat, because changing back from Hulk always left him tired and hungry.
