Ray's POV
After about 7 hours of working it was finally time for Nate and I to go to the Tattoo shop.
"Ayeee!! You're getting your tongue pierced!" Martha squealed
"Hush! Someone will hear!" I say shushing Martha
"Alright, we're out." Nate says caring his car keys
"See y'all later!" Martha says getting a mop
"Yup, see ya" I say walking out
I was so happy that I was out of my uniform! Wearing an apron for 7 hours is annoying.
When we got outside it was dark and slightly windy.
"Ready for this?" Nate asks me
I gulp and then smile "You bet!"
The drive was only 10 minutes long. The tattoo place looked sick!
As we walked in, all I could smell was iron and some steel. Some were staring at me, some were getting tattoos and some were getting piercings.
"Nate my boy!! Welcome back!" Some guy said and slapped Nate on the back
"Its been a long time! I'm here to get a tattoo and my friend right here would like a tongue piercing!" Nate says smiling at me
"Ohhh I see...! Youre like the ones that are down and dirty!" The guy winks at me
I blush a little at the statement he said "D..Down and dirty? What does that mean, sir?"
"Oh you'll learn more soon. Just keep up with school." The guy says smiling and going to some back room
"H-hey! Im already serious with school!" I say cluchting my fist
"Rosa, you do his piercing, I'm going to do Nate's tattoo!" The guy says grabbing some bottles of ink
I follow the lady, which was named Rosa and sit on a black leather chair
"What's your name exactly?" Rosa asks me cleaning some needles
"Ah! My name is...Ray."
"Ray, nice to meet you Ray. Dont worry, I'm a professional at this stuff! I've done piercings for years!"
"Ah...Will this hurt?"
"Mmmm...Just a little. Its just a pinch. It's like...Getting a shot at the doctors and will be sore for some time but then slowly heals." Rosa says and then shows me a whole container of earrings. "Pick what ring you want!"
I decided to pick the silver that has balls on each point.
Rosa then asked me stick out my tongue. Then she dabbed some alcohol on it, was about stick the needle that the ring that I wanted was connected on, but then stopped
"W..Wait!" I scream
Rosa stops "Is everything okay?"
"Y...Yah...But could I pwease hald ya hand? I'm a bif scared at nwedles."
Rosa smiles and holds my hand "Of course you can."
Rosa then stuck the needle into my tongue and it hurt badly! My eyes started water. I look down and then see the piercing in my tongue
