It was the morning before Norman, Emma, and Ray left for New North. Norman planned that to propose to Ray the day before they leave Blue Icy Hills.
Emma was in it for planning the area for the event. Norman was going to propose to Ray on an icy mountain when the sun was setting.
"Soooo how does the ring look like?!" Emma squealed causing Norman to almost pass out
"Gah! Emma don't do that! I've told you many times that that stuff scares me!" Norman said in an angry and worried tone
"Woopsies! I'm so sorry, I'm just so excited for this!"
"Haha, yeah I know. This is it. It's a black diamond ring." Norman said smiling and pulling out a box. Inside was a big ring.

Emma's eyes had stars in them
"Omg!!! That's so cute! How much was it?"
"Hehe, $243.00."
"243.00?!!! Geez Louise! That's so much money!! Ray better say yes! Do you have the same?"
"Mhm. But it's just a regular diamond. I'm also kind of planning on maybe doing something fun tonight." Norman said putting the box away and smiling.
Emma smirked a little "Oooo~ So you and Ray are gonna get it on?"
Norman blushed at her statement "Pffftt! No!! We plan on watching a movie."
"A sex movie~?"
"Emma!!!"
"Okay okayy...! But are you ready? It's happening in 3 hours.~"
"Kind of but I'm scared. What if he says no and I just waisted money on that ring?"
"I'm sure he'll say yes! During dinner you'll feel better!" Emma said giving Norman a hug
Norman hugged back and nodded "Thanks Emma. You're the best."

Still 3rd person POV
It was 6:30 PM and the 3 of them had finished eating.
"Dinner was good!" Ray said
"It is was!!" Emma beamed
Norman nodded
"Ray, I have a surprise for you. But we might want to drive to that mountain over there."
Ray's eyes widened "Really? Alright, let's go. I want to see where you're taking me."
"Sounds good to me!" Emma said getting up
"Hehe, okay let's go" Norman said walking outside.
The sun was sitting outside and it meant that it was time for Norman to pop the question
Emma smiled big and went to the other side. Ray was trying to figure out how come she left him all alone with Norman. He was suspicious.
"Ummm Emma? Where are you going?"
"Ohhhhh, just standing here! You'll just have to wait and see what's going to happen!" Emma said smiling bigger.
Ray started to get worried to see what was going to happen. He looked towards Norman and Norman had a big grin on his face.
"Nice view up here! Don't you think, Ray?" Norman said turning around
"Haha...Yeah. Umm..So how come we're here?" Ray said biting his tongue.
"We're here because...Well...I came to ask you a question." Norman said I see you started to blush. He pulled out a large sheet of paper from his pocket.
Ray started to smile a little of what Norman was going to do.
"Ahem! Roses are red, violets are blue, the sun shines everyday but it doesn't make my Day, only you do, Ray. No matter if you're mad or sad. Seeing you and being your boyfriend makes me glad. The honey pours onto our sweet love, but I shall call you my beloved. If there is nothing that can't hold our love then there is something that I need to tell you."
Ray went to Norman and held his both hands
"Is everything okay?"
Norman nodded, smiled a little and went down on one knee. He pulled out the small white box that was in his pocket.
Emma started to whisper squeal. Ray's eyes widen and tears start to come to his eyes.
"Ray Lucifer Jones, would you make me the happiest man and marry me? Would you like to become Mr. Minerva?" Norman said smiling big and blushing
"M-Minerva?" Ray asked
"Yeahh...Haha. I kind of hid my actual last name. But it's actually Normàn Minerva." Norman said laughing a little
"Ohh. Heh. Of course I will! I'd marry you a million trillion times!!" Ray said as he jumped into Norman's arms
Norman started to shed tears and kissed his fiance.
The moment that happened Emma ran fast and popped a bottle of champagne and started screaming.
"I told you!!! I knew he would say yes!!!"
"I'm so happy that he did. I love you baby." Norman said as he kissed Ray one more time and wiping Ray's tears
"I love you too!" Ray said as he kissed back Norman
Norman and Ray settle down. Norman took the ring from the box and slide it onto Ray's ring finger.
Ray starts to blush and then hugs Norman. Norman put on his ring that looked exactly like Ray's but it had a regular diamond instead of a black one
Emma came with wine glasses and started to pour some of the champagne.
"Y'all know what this means right?! A wedding!!!" Emma says fangirling.
"Hell yeah!!" Ray said taking a glass
"I can't wait. But I'm worried about telling everyone in New North....Same with my family..." Norman said taking a glass and frowning
"Awww don't worry! Just keep your head up! I'm here for you if anyone judges!" Emma said giving Ray and Norman a group hug
"Thanks Emma" Norman said smiling a little
"Thank you" Ray said
"Of course! Love has to win and it will always win!" Emma said proudly
