Chapter 36: To Blue Icy Hills we go! 🏔️❄️

3rd person POV

It was the first day of summer and Gilda was planning on seeing her relatives in Germany. Emma wasn't able to come because it was too late for her to get a plane ticket. Emma was lonely and bored.

But then she planned something. She wanted to go to this place very badly! It was called "Blue Icy Hills" Its just like New North, but with more snow.

When Emma skipped all the way to Noman's office and opened the door, she saw Ray with him sitting down.

"What were you guys doing~?" Emma said smirking

Norman shaked his head and laughed "Hahaha..! Very funny!We didn't do anything though. We were just discussing things. Thinking about some more outfit ideas for Excellence."

Ray nods

"Ohh!! How fun! But I have something funner!" Emma said smiling big

"Really? What is that?" Ray asked

"Welllllll....I was just thinking...~ We should go to Blue Icy Hills! I've wanted to go ever since I was 6!" Emma said pulling out 3 tickets

Norman's eyes widened "Blue Icy Hills? Emma, that's real far..."

"Girl, it's summer! We don't need to be in cold weather now!" Ray complained

"Ughh! I knowwww....! But is gonna be fun! We'll just stay there for 2 weeks!"

"2 weeks in the cold?!" Ray and Norman said

"Yeppers! Don't worry...! It's not really bad! The train leaves at 6:00 AM!" Emma said checking her watch

"Oh boy...." Norman sighed cupping his hands into his face

Ray gave Emma an angry look

"Whaaaat???" Emma said laughing a little

Ray was not in the mood to go on a train. He wanted to continue cuddling with Norman but he had to go and get ready.

During the train ride Emma was making too much noises. She kept on asking Ray questions when he has to pause his music a bunch of times

" *Sigh* Yes, Emma?"

"Whatcha listening too?" Emma said with a big smile

"Little Dark Age"

"Ooohhh? By who?"

"...MGMT"

"Ahh I see. Can I listen to it?"

"Don't you have a phone?"

"Well... Yeahhh...But its charging and it's not really good to charge the phone and listen to music. It's on 17%."

"Damn..How did it get there like that?"

"I was busy playing cookie crushers..." Emma said looking embarrassed

Ray started laughing

"Heyy!! That's not funny!"

"Yes it issss!! I haven't played cookie crushers since 5th grade!"

"Well it's not my fault! I like the game and if you don't like... it your loss!" Emma sad sticking out her tongue.

Ray rolled his eyes and kept on laughing.

Norman was busy listening to some classic jazz whiles reading the daily news paper.
