"Hey, girls, why are you so...frightened?" asked Mrs.Turner, smiling. The girls just nodded.

"Oh, and what is your name?" she asked looking at Mutha. "Muthla" she said.

"Ok both the girls are so sweet! I think we'll take all three, Raya Subirah and Muthla" Said Mrs.Turner looking at Mr.Turner.

"Well, why not!" he said, putting a smile on his face. "aren't they so sweet!" whispered Mrs.Turner.

The room went quiet after that as Ms.Maya looked through the papers and pointed at a spot, which Mr. Turner had to apparently sign.

He read each line carefully and slightly wished they had not taken all three, the costs were barely dreamable, but he decided not to change Mrs.Turners swinging mood, she had waited for this moment for so long, and it's finally here.

She looked at the girls the whole time, and the girls looked confused, they both knew they were being fostered together, but they still needed someone to pinch them to believe they are not in a dream.

"Ok, Subirah call your sister, from her dormitory" ordered Ms.Maya. Just then, Ms.J entered the room. HSe looked at the girls, then at the Turners and Ms.Maya.

"What, are they getting adopted?" She asked. "Yes, Jennifer they are," said Ms.Maya busy doing the paperwork.

"Well, really your not exactly being serious are you?" she whispered into Ms.Maya's ears. "You know how much money we are going to lose by letting the two go? you must be crazy!" said Ms.J.

"Yeah, I know but guess what," said Ms.Maya getting up from her chair and mumbling something to Mr.Turner. He nodded and continued signing.

"Well, Excuse us girls, and Mrs. Turner oh and Mr. Turner," she said grabbing Ms.J into the door of the room in the office, where Ms.J always stayed, she locked the door.

"You don't know anything!" Ms.Maya whispered to Ms.J. Muthla and Subirah could see the shadows of the two ladies over the Opec glass.

"Well, you don't, I don't think you are aware of how much money we are losing are you?" asked Ms.J.

"Well, listen," said Ms.Maya grabbing Ms.J by her shirt. She whispered to her ear "well, I made them pay double for each girl, the poor two don't know the currency here really well, so they would really do it, and it worked he is signing it, now he is paying us double for three girls if one girl is five thousand shillings, he is paying us ten and ten threes are thirty, so we are getting thirty thousand Kenyan shillings" .

Ms.J smiled, showing all the teeth she had ever got. They both cleared their thoughts as Mr.Turner knocked on their door.

"Well, sorry to disturb but I think I finished," he said, sounding a bit childish. "Oh, great! would you like to take them to the clinic really quick, to get them checked before you take them" said Ms. J.

"Well, sure that would be wonderful!" said Mrs.Turner sounding pleased. "Follow along girls," said Ms.Maya.

The Turners and the girls headed out of the room until Mr. Turner came back and asked, "oh, I'm sorry but where was the clinic again?"

"No probs, just go along the corridor and take your first right," Said Ms.Maya.

The Turners finally reached the nurse, Mrs.Turner was quite pleased as the corridor really changed her mood, all the paint peeling off the wall, students assing dressed carelessly, although their hair was pretty neat.

"Hello, please have a seat," said the nurse greeting them, with a big smile. "Hello, girls," she said.

The girls were still in the greatest shock, now with their sister Raya. The girls sat down on the chair, while the Turners stood up, waiting for the girls to be checked.
