Full Moon 🌕 (LCY x HH)

Chapter 9

Hyunjin can't sleep and looked to Changbin who sleep next to him. He got up from his bed and then wear his shoes and walked to the door. He opened his door carefully to not wake up Changbin. He come out and them closed the door.

The rain already stopped and he saw a woman sat in the middle of yard and looked to the moon. She let her hair put down at her back. She sat while crossed her legs and put her right hand on the table and put her chin on her palm.

"Why you still wake up, young man?" She asked while stood straightly but still cross her legs.

"How you know.." Hyunjin in shocked as she can hear him come out from room eventhough he had been carefully to not wake up Changbin.

"Your footsteps and sound of the door.." She said. Hyunjin walked to her.

"May I join you?" He asked her.

"Yes you can.." She nodded her head. Hyunjin sat in front of her.

"Why you stay here alone?" Hyunjin asked her directly.

"Why you need to know.." she said while looked to his face this time.

"Im just curious and wonder how you can stay far from the town." Hyunjin said to her directly.

"What if i am a bad person and want to kill you.." She said to him.

"I don't think so..if you want to kill me, you will do during our first meeting..right now Im still alive.." He said. She looked to him. Its first time she looked his face clearly. She admitted that he had a handsome face.

"Why you came here again?" Chaeyeon asked him. She don't understand why he want to come here eventhough she already asked him not to come during their first meeting.

"To find you.."

"Find me?"

"I know.. its you who play the flute on that night?" He said to her.

"Mmm.."

"What song you play?" he asked

"Why you bother to know?"

"Its just i want to know.." Hyunjin said. He also dont expected he answers like that. She make him want to know more about herself.

"If I answer it, will you not come here again?"

"Why you don't want people come here?"

"Its not safe at here..especially on full moon.." Chaeyeon said while looked to the moon.

"I don't understand..the old man also said not safe to be here. Whats had been going on at here?"

"You shouldn't be so curious about other people's life.." Chaeyeon said to him. Hyunjin bite his lips.

Knock.knock. Suddenly, there is someone knocked the door, had interrupted them. Chaeyeon and Hyunjin looked to the door. They wonder who came late night at here.

"I know you still awake..Chaeyeon..." There is a man outside the door called her name. Hyunjin looked to her. 'Her name is Chaeyeon..' Hyunjin said. She don't introduce herself, so he don't know what is her name. Chaeyeon bite her lips.

"Can we talk for a while? I know your maid must already tell you that I want to meet you..personally..its had been a long time we not to see each other.." The man keep talk at outside. Chaeyeon stood up and then she  go to the door. She don't open it and just stand at there.

Hyunjin only see what her doing as he wonder who the man outside and what's relationship two of them had.

"Why you coming here at late night, your highness?" Chaeyeon asked him. 'Your highness? Who could be that man? Is he someone from palace?' Hyunjin in shocked.
