Chapter 25

Dong wook looked to the ministers who came to meet him today and a lot of them requested to do urgent meetings. They stood straightly while waiting for Dong wook to speak up. Dong wook clear his throats.

"What so important for you guys to having a meeting today?" Dong wook asked.

"I have something to report.." One of the ministers step out and stood in the middle.

"About what?" Dong wook asked.

"I got a report...there is a movement to take the throne.." The man said while give a short glance to Prime Ministers and Minister Kim. Prime Minister Hwang and Minister Kim just act like nothing.

"Hah? Who dare to do that!" Dong wook pretending that he don't know. He already know about it and just act dumb in front to those greedy ministers.

"If you not be careful..i afraid..you and crown prince will be in danger.." Someone else speaks out this time.

"Mmm.."

"I suggest you to do investigations on this matters.." the other minister said.

"What you think..Prime Minister Hwang?" Dong wook asked. People muttered around as they know he one of them who tried to take the throne.

"I agree with the investigation.." Prime Minister Hwang answered in calm.

"Then I let you handle about it.."

"Can you choose someone? Im afraid our prime minister will feel burden with current situation.." someone don't agreed with it.

"Are you busy nowadays, Prime minister?"

"I had some works to look.."

"Then how about you Minister Kim?"

"I will go to other kingdom..your majesty."

"For what?" Dong wook as he don't know about the works he mentioned earlier.

"To settle about the salt business.." Minister Kim said. It seem he want to avoid to be responsible on the investigation.

"Who I should choose then?" Dong wook asked them.

"How about prince Hyunjin?" other ministers gave a solution. Prime Minister Hwang looked to that person. He seem not agree with that. He know his son will not spare him eventhough he had blood related with him.

"Mmm..he will go back to border.." prime minister Hwang said.

"Why don't you ask him to stay?" Other ministers said.

"He already set his mind...we can't force him. He already said to me since he came here.." Dong wook said.

"Then who we should ask?" The other ministers asked.

"How about crown prince?"

"He busy with something..he cant handle the things around now.." Other people said.

"If like that..i will asked Prince Lee..he is the most righteous person and don't have a bias at this court.." Dong wook said. People muttered around.

"I agreed with that.."

"He is the best choice.."

"It seem all of us already agreed it, right? Or you guys had any issues to speak up?"

"I agreed...but we need to know something.."

"About what?"

"Queen dowager.."

"Whats wrong with royal mother?"

"I heard she involve with crown princess selection.."

"Mmm.. I don't know anything about it." Dong wook said. He just don't want to make the things became more worse.
