This after party was going better than expected. Whoever put Stacy and Adrian in charge of planning was getting fired because it was a shit show. A funny shit show none the less.

We had both of them run out to dance for us and they danced to Low by Flo Rida. Me and Alessia nearly passed out for laughing when they came out in big clothes.

Half the people here mainly spoke Italian so they had no clue on what was going on. Me and Aless kept getting weird stares from people while this was going on but she urged me to brush it off since we barley knew them.

Stacy and Adrian kept running into each other the whole time but ended the dance off by leading against each other.

Alessia and I agreed to not do any vows because we didn't want to tell each other what we already knew in front of thousands of people we didn't know. Also we felt that it was safer if no one knew our weak spots.

It sucked not having neither of your parents at your wedding but Alessia's had turned into mine and I was grateful for that.

"Time for cake ladies and gentlemen" I heard Sam say over the speaker catching everyone's attention. I felt wind next too me and when I turned to bring my gaze to Alessia she was already sprinting to the cake.

When I finally reached her she was already dipping her finger in the cake. "Fat ass" I groaned under my breath letting out a low chuckle.

"It's okay now come here and give me a kiss" She said and when I leaned in to give her a kiss my face was full of cake. This shit happened so fast I couldn't even blink.

I reached my hand in the cake and tried throwing it in her direction but she dodged it. "pazza" I rolled my eyes trying to wipe as much cake I could off my face.

The cake was delicious it had different sections of every flavor because Alessia's fat ass couldn't choose just one.

I grazed my hands around her hips pulling her into me and kissed her sloppy to help remove some of this cake. "Giovanni stop" She kept trying to push me away from attacking her with my cake covered mouth. "I love you" I hummed against her lips pulling away so our guest could have some of the other cake.

"I love you too I guess"

Time had passed and it was Alessia's and mine turn to dance and boy would this be a show cause she can't dance for shit.

We danced to "O Sole Mío" by Benimaino Gigli. We both favored this song it was slow and peaceful.

The atmosphere in the room dramatically changed when couples made their way to the dance floor and everyone started slow dancing.

My hands wrapped around Alessias back while hers went on both of my shoulders. She smiled when she looked at me and her smile could change my whole world in the matter of seconds.

She still wasn't the dancer I was but I guess she improved from our first dance.

"Remember when we first slow danced and we were both out to kill eachother?" She laughed snaking mu shoulder.

"And who's to say I don't want to kill you anymore?"

I narrowed my eyes looking at her raising an eyebrow. "Is that so bellisma?" she put her head down trying to hide a smile, "because I think that wouldn't be the case on how much you scream you love me while i'm fucking you."

She snickered while rolling her eyes at me. Our bodies were in sync and we never lost eye contact.

When the song was over everyone made their way off the dance floor and started to eat when my phone started going off.

"Boss we have a problem." Eddie spoke through the phone and the panic in his voice had me worried because he's never showed fear.

"Speak"

"Well we got word that Hiram found out Alessia was pregnant and wasn't happy about it. He set up a plan to kidnap her and the things he said about her wouldn't make you happy. We found out that he knows about the wedding and is trying to make his move tomorrow when you guys are going to leave for your honeymoon."

My knuckles were white when Eddie finished talking. Hiram was a sick man but he wasn't going to get away with making threats about my wife and kid. I never let him get the best of me but right now i'm this moment he won.

I walked up to each of my men telling them to cancel everything for tomorrow for the honeymoon and to postpone it. They all asked why but I just walked away knowing I would address it at the meeting and I was far to pissed right now to even answer.

After pushing my way through the crowd of people I found Alessia talking with her brother.

"Can I borrow you for a minute" I pulled her away in a hurry. I held a firm grip on her hand pulling her out of the room and into the hallway. "Gio what the hell"

"Listen mia cara, we have to postpone the honeymoon" Her confused expression turned into a worried one. "What's going on?"

"Hiram found out about you being pregnant and is trying to plan an attack tomorrow at the airport but it won't happen. I know you were looking forward to this but baby it's for your safety."

She frowned but nodded her head to let me know she understood. I placed my fingers on her chin so that she was looking up at me and placed a kiss on her forehead. "Amore Mío don't worry you and the baby will be safe okay; I won't ever let you get hurt. me before you always." I said pulling her into a hug.

Well this was one way to end a wedding.
