"Where is Giovanni?" I nudged Adrian as we both sat on the couch. "Office", I hummed as I unpaused the movie we were watching.
I swear I could feel my uterus crying for help, my cramps were a lot worse today than ever before. Maybe I ate to much popcorn and the babies don't like it.
"Can you pretty please go make some more popcorn?" Adrian turned to me pouting his lips. I've told him no 2 times but he keeps on saying this is the good part after every scene. "Sure and i'll make sure to tell Giovanni on how your making me do extra things." I laughed trying to get up as fast as I can before that processed in his head.
"On second thought, i'll make it." He said running past me and into the kitchen. Once I made it to the kitchen I watched as he threw open everything cabinet not being able to find the popcorn. When he finally opened the right cabinet I seen some canola oil spray. I walked over to the cabinet and tried to play it off cool so Adrian didn't think I was being suspicious.
Once I had it in my hand I waited until he turned around to walk slightly away from the island and I sprayed it all on the floor.
"Giovanniiii, Adrian pushed me into the wall!!!" I screamed and Adrian turned around with the most frightened face. "What the fuck", he said before we both were caught off guard with loud steps coming down the stairs and a gun cocking.
When Gio came into view Adrian took off running in the opposite direction and slipped in the oil. I busted out laughing so hard I was in tears. "You should've seen the look on you guy's faces" , I said whilst Adrian winced in the background laughing too.
"Well i'm gonna get a cookie" I said but just as I took a step I was in a pile of water. "Uh", I said as they both looked up at me with a confused face. "What" they both uttered at the same time.
"My water just broke" I laughed still walking to get my cookie from the pantry. "Why the hell are you still walking", Gio asked rushing over to my side wrapping his hands around my waist ready to pick me up bridal shower. "Chill let me get my cookie real quick then we can go."
"No."
"Giovanni i'm not going to repeat myself i'm getting this fucking cookie or there will be no babies coming out today end of discussion." He sighed and told me he was going to go upstairs and grab the bags. He was up and down the stairs in 1 minute.

"Could you be a little fucking more gentle", this was the 8th time Giovanni has cussed out a doctor, he already threatened the poor woman with getting her medical license suspended 5 times.
"Could you be a little nicer?" I asked rubbing my hand up and down his arm. "No they are putting you in even more pain Alessia."
The doctor who was going to deliver the babies finally walked in the room. "Hi Alessia, nice to meet you and dad?" She asked sending me and Gio a warm smile, "Giovanni" He said returning the smile.
"So we have a natural birth scheduled for you is that correct?" I nod in agreement, "Would you like the epidural or would you like to go fully natural?"
"Natural"..."Epidural" Me and Giovanni both said at the same time as we glared at eachother. "I would like to go natur-" Gio cut me off telling her no it would cause to much pain.
We went with my answer.
"Alright so i'm going to get you all checked up and see how far dilated you are, is that okay?" I nod giving her a thumbs up before letting my head fall back on the pillow.
I accidentally let out a laugh when I opened my legs, and everyone in the room looked at me. The nurses, my mom and Gio were all confused until Giovanni laughed quietly too after I mouthed "it's cold".
"So have you been in really bad pain at all Mrs Luca?" The doctor asked. "No ma'am"
"That's um, well your very lucky because you are already 8cm dilated." Oh damn. "Are you sure because I don't have that bad of cramps?" I asked being in disbelief.
"I'm sure, we have to get you prepped now, these twins will be here any second." I looked over to Giovanni in wide eyes. "Oh shit I think this will hurt." The sides of his mouth came up to a grin as he shook his head at me.

"Alessia baby you have to push", I physically couldn't anymore, i've never been in so much pain. "Ughhhh I can't, please please no" I screamed out in pain while squeezing gios hand. "Just two more you got this."
I pushed and pushed but the pain was 10x worse than it was before, I couldn't even feel my legs anymore. "One more principessa" he uttered looking more scared than me.
"Ughhhhhhhhh please please stop" , I cried out in pain. "You did it Alessia" my mom sobbed out from the other side of the room.
I finally opened my eyes to see a baby boy getting handed to me and a baby girl on the other side. They both had dark brown wavy hair, with the longest eyelashes ever. I thought I was feeling love before with Gio but this feeling is indescribable.
Giovanni leaned above me rubbing my shoulder, but I looked up when I felt something wet hit my arm. He was crying like more than ever. "Look at what you made us mia cara."
"Do you guys have names yet?" The doctor finally broke the silence in the room.
"Gianna June Luca," I said smiling down at my daughter. "Emilio Alessandro Luca." Giovanni said right after me smiling down at our son.
