Chapter 24

Jennie's POV

I parked the porsche in our garage. I hurried to went inside and headed straight to our room.

It's Monday today. Yesterday, Lisa called me. Now, I'm planning to surprise her that I'm here. I was carrying a black paper bag full of souvenirs from Singapore. I ended my other conference meeting yesterday which should be today because I miss her so much. I knew that Lisa was watching over me so I requested my body guards not to tell Lisa that I was coming today. I was excited to see her because I was in Singapore for three days. I grabbed the door knob and turned it. I smiled when I saw Lisa lying on the bed. She's half naked. I was about to walk closer to her when I heard a voice.

"Lisa get up there. I'll cook our breakfast."

What the fuck?

I watched the woman come out of the bathroom wearing only a towel. My heart was broken by what I saw. How could she do this?

I look back at Lisa who is slowly getting up. They still don't notice that I'm inside. My heart stabbed by thousands of knives. I bit my lip controlling my tears, but I can't. I cried furiously.

"Nancy!" Lisa shouted at the same time looking at me.

Lisa's eyes widened. Hot tears flowed into my eyes and my hand trembles.

"Fuck you Lisa! Fuck you!" I shouted angrily and quickly exited.

I slammed the door shut making the noise echo in the house.

My body was shaking with extreme anger and pain. My heart was beating so fast that it was almost ringing in my ears.

"Jennie!" I walked quickly down the stairs. My tears kept falling down to my face.

"Goddamit! Jennie!" Lisa shouted.

But no matter how fast I ran, she caught me. She took me by the arm. I did not budge and confronted her. She held both of my arms and look at me worriedly. She's sweating.

"Jennie let me explain." I averted my eyes. I feel pain.

"We didn't have sex Jennie."

I laughed at what she said. Fuck you Lisa! I'm not a fool for not getting what I saw!

"Bullshit Lisa! Don't make a fool of me. I know what I saw!"

"Jennie please listen to me. You're thinking wrong."

"Then what? What are you doing? You cheated for having sex with her?!"

"No Jennie ... I was drunk yesterday-"

"Whether you are drunk or not. You shouldn't have done that! Oh my God! That is a bullshit reason." I yelled.

"Damn Lisa! Can't I provide your needs?!"

"Jennie! Fuck! Will you please listen to me first?!" She's losing control and so do I.

"No Lisa. What I seen is enough!"

"Fine! You want to know the truth? Yes, we had sex!"

In a rage, I slapped her. My heart was flooded with sadness.

"How could you do that to me? I came here to surprise you but this is what I came across. Fuck Lisa really in our bed? In our bed! You really are a bastard." weakly, I said while sobbing. My voice cracks.

I could no longer speak properly because something seemed to be stuck in my throat.

I left Lisa in the living room went straight to my car and went to Jisoo's condo. She opens the door for me.
