Third Person's POV
"appa! Appa!" cried Momo's ten years old daughter Mimo who immediately latch herself on her appa's legs. She's sniffling, barely can even talk with all the hiccups she let's out
Momo furrows her eyebrow and kneels down in front of her before cupping her cheeks "what's wrong? Did Satzu tease you again? Should I call Aunt Tzuyu?" Mimo shakes her head and immediately hugs Momo
"Appa.. My classmates are bullying me for not having a mama... Appa.. Why don't I have a mama? I'm a good girl right?" Mimo looks at her appa with big eyes filled with sadness and longing. Momo can't help but to feel bad for her daughter..
"Who's the one who bully you? Ella again?" Mimo nods and hiccups. Momo internally groans and reminds herself to call Jisoo and Jennie, Ella's parents to talk to their daughter about her behaviour..
"Ok baby penguin... I'll talk to her parents ok" Mimo shakes her head and cried harder. "Appa you didn't answer my question! Why don't I have a mama? Satzu have aunt sana and aunt Chewy.. Even YeonYeon have Aunt Jeongyeon and Aunt Nayeon.. Why don't I have mama like them.." Momo bit her lips before nodding. Deciding that her daughter is old enough to kmow the truth..
"Ok Appa will tell you the truth ok.." Momo carries her daughter before they made their way to the living room. Momo made herself comfortable on the couch before she sit Mimo on her lap. "ok.. So.. Technically baby.. You have a mama.. Her name is Mina.. And she's the most elegant woman I've ever seen in my life.. Also the most beautiful.."
Mimo tilt her head before nodding "but why isn't she here appa? Does mama don't want me? That's why she left?" Mimo teared up at that making Momo shakes her head immediately
"No of course not baby.. you see.. Me and mama loves each other very much. We always spend our time together and mama loves you more than she loves herself. That's why she sacrifice herself.. For you to live.." momo smiles slightly tearing up at the story
"sacrifices herself? I don't understand appa.." Mimo said before she leans her head on Momo's chest while softly looking at her. "When we both know that mama is pregnant, we are so happy.. We couldn't contain the happiness and excitement that we feel. Especially mama? When she knows that you'll be a girl? She'll basically drags me to every baby store that she will see, buying all your clothes and feedings bottles. All the essential for a babygirl" Mimo nods her head so Momo continues
"You see baby.. Mama loves you very much.. But we have a problem.. Mama's body is very weak. And her pregnancy makes her even weaker and that time.. When your about to be born the doctor made me do the hardest decision I'll ever had" mimo nods, allowing momo to continue her story
"it's choosing between you and Mama.. Before.. I was about to choose mama.. She's the love of my life.. My soulmate but she begs me.. To choose you.. Even tho she knows that the possibility of her surviving is very low.. Its her choice.. So yes.. I choose you"
Mimo looks down and grips Momo's shirt slightly. "is it my fault appa? Am I a bad girl?" momo widen her eyes before quickly shaking her head "no baby.. Its not your faults.. But it shows that even Mama doesn't see you.. Shes loves and cares about you so much.. That she choose you more than herself.. I'm very sure that Mama js watching over us everyday. Watching you grow up into a beautiful and elegant woman like her before"
Mimo smiles before she hugs her appa tightly "I love you appa.." momo smiles softly "I love you too baby penguin"
And after that heartfelt moment. YeonYeon burst into the house, followed by Satzu and Dubchaeng before they immediately latch against Mimo who's literally fighting for her life
Dahyun gasp before she looks at Chaeyoung angrily "Chaeyoung I swear to all eagles out their if you don't get Dubchaeng off Mimo you will sleep on teh couch with Ryujin, Lisa and Jisoo!" Chaeyoung immediately obeys not wanting to sleep on the "top's punishments area' as they call it
"that's the same to you Jeongyeon!"
"You too Tzuyu. Help my goddaughter!"
"Dude. Please teach your kids to not be gay. Before they accidentally kills my daughter ok.. I don't want to be a grandma yet"
