It's an idea that Steven is raised by Charlie and vaggie who find him as a baby all alone. They take him in and raise him as their own son. And he will learn that Charlie's goal is to help Handel overpopulation in her fathers kingdom through redemption. So he is taken to her rehabilitation hotel to help make her dream a reality, but it could be complicated when Alastair the radio demon comes to town and flips their dreams upside down.
