Taking please literally the day after the horrible night at ozzie's blitzo mysteriously disappears fir a few days. Everyone at the company starts to get worried but have hopes their boss will jump back like he always does...but that couldn't be further from the truth.
When checking of he was in his apartment, they find a note from blitzo himself and then they find out what had become of blitzo. He had left. He had left because he couldn't stand pretending to be the strong dependable boss he pretended to be and trying to help his company when all he did was making things worse, ESPECIALLY as he had a hand in ruining his employee of the months first marriage anniversary.
Entrusting moxxie and Millie to run the company in his absence and promised to try and care for her daughter loona, the group try their best to live on but it was harder than thought. The goetia prince heartbroken that his blitzy had left forever, loona feeing abandoned by her own father, and moxxie and Millie finding running the business as difficult at first as accepting the founder was gone.
Now it's been almost a year, and almost toward extermination day. And Stella, stolas wife, furious at her husband by having an affair with the lowest demon species of hell behind her back, puts a bounty on all the I.M.P, her own husband and all who knows them and blitzo to be captured alive to face justice by execution by the exterminators. With little choice they all retreat to earth in saving their skins.
While they are hiding in earth, everyone who was close to blitzo try to get along. Grudges are resolved, families closer, and they are all surprised at finding out blitzo himself was on earth somewhere. With little options, moxxie leads a rescue mission to find their old boss, wherever he was on earth, while stella's forces of elite bounty hunters, including striker, who had tried and failed to assassinate stolas at the harvest lion festival, to find and capture the runaways.
