You woke up at dawn and got dressed for the day, picking out a pair of jeans, a (f/c) t-shirt, and a green jacket. You put on your socks and walk to the kitchen, you took out the leftovers you had from last night and made two chicken sandwiches with the crops you harvested a day prior to your meeting with Tommy. You left one of the sandwiches on the coffee table with a napkin over it, as well as a note, 'Here's Lunch, if you need anything I'm outside Tommy. :D'. You added a little smiley face to the note and left it, you packed your lunch up in a small bag and went out to do your daily chores, you fed the livestock, watered the crops, and cleaned up the bushes that you had cut down. It was around 1pm when you finished up your work and sat down to eat your lunch in the apple orchard, it was nice and relaxing for the most part.

You cleaned up and went back to your house, you wanted to check up on Tommy to see if he was doing alright. You knocked on the door and left your shoes outside, soon opening the door, you knocked since you weren't sure if he was doing something or not. You walked in and found him eating the sandwich you had left, Elizabeth was awake and was sitting next to him.

"Is it good?" You asked as you placed your bag down and made your way to the kitchen. Tommy nodded as he continued to eat it, you were glad he enjoyed the food. He finished and spoke,

"It's really good (Y/N)." He was happy you were so nice to him, though usually people saw him as an annoying teen, you saw him more of a little brother, or even a son. Elizabeth meowed and jumped off the couch to go and bite on your pants, you giggle a bit,

"Alright Miss sassy pants, I'll go refill your water bowl." That was your nickname for Elizabeth, since she always seemed to give you sass and sometimes gave your clothing rips when she felt like it. You went to fill up her water and Tommy watched as you came back with a fresh bowl of water and sat it near the couch. He looked like he wanted to say something, so you asked,

"Is there something you want to say dear?" You asked as you pulled up a chair and sat across the coffee table as you brought out some yarn and your knitting needles. You began to knit as you heard Tommy speak,

"Why aren't you asking me about why I'm here (Y/N)?" He was confused! He didn't know why you wouldn't ask for details about why he showed up on the farm. You smiled a bit as you responded,

"Like I said yesterday, I don't want you to feel obligated to, but if you'd like to share, I'm all ears." You were working on a red turtleneck, the nights got cold and you thought that Tommy would like it. Tommy thought for a bit as he comptimpated telling you about L'Manburg, his exile, and the wars from where he came from, but he wanted to share,

"Well, I guess I could tell you." He said as he leaned on the couch, you listened to his story about how he used to be the second in command of a country named L'manburg, until the elections where a man named Jshlatt won, he was exiled along with a man named Wilbur, they went to take back the country with a good friend of theirs named Technoblade. They had attempted to take the country back once, only for a boy named Tubbo to be fatally wounded because he was a spy, he was shot by Technoblade. On the second one, they succeeded, well, with Wilbur dying at the own hands of his father, Phil, and with Techno summoning two withers. After Tubbo was the leader of the nation, Tommy was exiled. He was sent somewhere near the sea, and a person called Dream monitored him, but Tommy was fed up and escaped, he found a smoke and assumed that it was a person, and that's how he found you and your farm. His head was held in his hands as he looked at the floor.

You had been knitting the entire time he had told the story, you saw how his expressions changed when he talked about certain people, and how he still seemed to be mad about all the things that had happened. You stopped and walked to the couch, sitting on his right hand side and you rubbed his back to comfort him.

"That must have been tough, but you're safe here on my farm dear, I wouldn't mind if you stuck around here." You offered him as you rubbed his back gently, you gave him a warm smile. Tommy looked up to you, he had never thought someone like this existed, someone who was so kind that they would let him stay in their home without question. He nodded a bit as you continued to rub his back. It was already nearing the end of the day, Tommy had calmed down and was helping you with minor things in the living room, like folding the blankets, and sweeping while you made chicken soup with the leftovers from the other night. The food was done soon, and the two of you ate together again, you asked him a few questions, such as who was this Dream person, and about how his friend Tubbo was doing after getting shot with a firework. He answered simply,

"Tubbo got better, but he exiled me. Dream is a bitch, he's like my babysitter making sure I don't do anything and that I don't go back to L'Manburg, but he's so rude!" Tommy ranted about how Dream was the worst person in existence, You listened as the two of you ate. After he was done talking about Dream, you asked him,

"How do your wounds feel?" You hoped that they had healed alright, since you had used some healing potions, and medicinal herbs. You learned a lot about brewing potions and about nature through books your parents had left behind before they passed and you were left alone on the farm.

"I'm feeling better, thank you (Y/N)." He seemed to be glad you were worried for him, most people weren't worried for him usually. You looked at the clock, it was 10:26pm, Elizabeth was napping away after eating her own fill, you told Tommy he could go to bed while you finished up the cleaning. Elizabeth woke up and went into Tommy's room to sleep in there during the night. You cleaned up and soon went to bed as well.
