"Hinaki?"

His voice hit my ears like boxing gloves.

"What the hell Shitsumon!?" I exclaimed, taking another step forward.

"Look, I can explain." He said, putting his hands up to keep his distance.

"Explain what? How you're alive? Why you broke into the school? I'd really like to know!" I asked, sarcasm eident in my tone.

"Look, I didn't actually die." He said, taking his lab coat off and tying it around his waist.

"No shit, Sherlock." I said, a scowl forming on my face.

"Look, I had to fake my death, okay? I didn't have a choice." He said, his face falling into a serious expression.

"You did have a choice. And guess what? You left me to rot!" I was shaking in anger.

"No, I didn't. Not to mention, you're lucky I got here when I did because you might not have had a choice if I waited any longer." He said matter-of-factly.

I closed my eyes tightly, breathing out of my nose to create a cloud of smoke.

"Look, This is going to sound like some kind of movie thing, but the government is literally after you. Well, now they are, since I'm legally dead." He shrugged as he spoke, trying to downplay what he just said.

"I'm sorry... WHAT!?" I asked, my mouth falling open.

"Well, the Japanese government was after me, then I faked my death, so they were after Yurushi for a while, but then she faked her death while she was in Australia, and then mom and dad moved with Tonika to Germany, so now they're after you." He explained.

"I'm sorry... Yurushi's legally dead too?" I asked, my eyes widening.

"Yes." He replied, staring intently at me.

"Also, mom and dad are in Germany?" I asked, head cocked to the side.

"You... didn't know that?" He asked, eyebrows furrowed.

"No... not exactly... It's complicated. Okay, so why are they after me when I did nothing wrong?" I asked, trying to change the subject.

Shitsumon pointed to my necklace.

"That is why they're on you." He stated.

"...so... what you're saying is... a goddamn mirror has sent the government after me?" I asked, closing my eyes again and tilting my head forward.

"...That... Yes, that is correct." He said, arms behind his back.

"...Why?" I asked, clapping my hands together and gesturing them towards him.

"Well... It's not fully a mirror..." He broke eye contact as he spoke.

"What is that supposed-"

Before I could finish my sentence, another person rounded the corner and in one swift moment I pulled the shiv out of my shoe and threw it at it.

"OW!" The figure shrieked, falling to the ground as the shiv made it's way into it's thigh.

"Navy!" Shitsumon exclaimed, running towards the person.

"Mcfriggen- LORD that hurt!" the person finally raised their head, causing the white baseball cap atop their navy blue hair to fall to the ground.

They had light cyan eyes under a pair of black rimmed glasses and they were wearing a formal suit with a navy blue paisley tie.

I stood there awkwardly, watching as my brother helped the person to their feet by having them lean against him.

"Who exactly is that?" The person asked Shitsumon.

He sighed before answering the person's question.

"That's Hinaki... My little sister." He hung his head as he said it, almost embarrassed by the truth he just spoke.

Before I could say anything, Aizawa stepped in front of me, blocking the two from my view.

"Excuse me, but I'm guessing you two are the main reason for the school's lockdown?" He stood there, waiting for an answer.

"No, we aren't. It's the cow guy in the front of the school with a gun pointed at the third floor window." The navy haired person said sarcastically.

"Navy..." I could hear Shitsumon rolling his eyes in amusement.

"Obviously it was us... On accident, that is." The person admitted as Aizawa stepped closer to them.

"Look, we're not here to hurt anyone, we just..." Shitsumon started before Aizawa wrapped them up in his scarf.

"What your intentions are isn't the problem." Aizawa's cold voice followed his scarf.

I felt a tap on my shoulder just as I was about to respond to Aizawa.

"I'm sorry... but... that's your brother?" Ashido asked, eyes wide and mouth slightly agape.

I nodded, another scowl forming on my face.

"Okay, but... he's kinda cute..." Her cheeks flushed a deeper shade of pink.

My eyebrows furrowed even more than they already were and my mouth fell open in exasperation.

"...He's 29..." I said, a disgusted feeling forming in my stomach.

I saw Ashido's face fall and it took all my effort to not laugh.

She walked back over to the rest of the group with disappointment plastered across her face.

"Hatsuko."

My attention snapped back to the matter at hand.

"Wait... Since when was your last name Hatsuko?" Shitsumon asked, him and his friend now released from Aizawa's scarf.

"It's compli-"

Before I could finish my sentence one of the doors to the school opened, revealing Nezu and Midnight, who's eyes went wide as soon as they saw Shitsumon and his friend.

"Let's discuss the current situation inside, shall we?" Nezu said, his usual grin on display.

"Yes, let's." Aizawa responded, ushering everyone inside.

I was shoved against my brother and the other guy as we walked in, which allowed me to hear the friend whisper close to my ear.

"Prepare yourself. It's gonna be a bumpy ride."
