"He didn't even show. What a waste of time." I say.

"Are you sure he isn't just late?" Athena asks me. She sat on the floor leaning against the wall.

"I'm sure. He probably sensed it was a trap."

Donnie jumps up from his hiding place and darts towards us. "I did not just hear those words come out of  your mouth." He snaps. "This plan was full proof. There's no way he could've sensed it was a trap."

"Unless we have a mole." I tell him nonchalantly.

Donnie narrows his eyes. "What are you saying? I would never betray you guys!"

"I'm not talking about you idiot. I'm talking about Ralph."

Donnie scoffs. "You may not trust Ralph but I trust him with my life so choose your next words carefully."

I sigh, exchanging a look with Athena. She only smiles sweetly at me. "Whatever, just signal Louis and Kenny and let's get out of here."

I gently pull Athena to her feet and we exit the warehouse not bothering to wait for Donnie.

"Julian, can we talk?" Athena asks entering my room. It's only been a couple minuted since we got back. Louis and Kenny were still a couple minutes behind us but should be here in a couple minutes.

"Yeah, what's up princess?"

"About earlier. You know...I know, um...We almost kissed."

I look at her, a smile forming. "We did, didn't we? But you rejected me."

Athena frowns, breaking eye contact. "You're not mad about that, are you?" She asks me.

"No, I'm not. I'm sure you had a good reason for it."

"I do! I mean one thing I do know about you Julian, is where you stand with God. I don't think I could have a relationship with someone without the same belief system as I."

"Athi... I don't think I could... I mean haven't prayed or read my Bible in forever. He's probably forgotten about me by now."

"I'm not forcing you to do anything, I just need you to know where I stand." She turns to leave but pauses at the doorway. "Julian?"

"Yeah?"

"He hasn't forgotten about you.  I'm positive He's just waiting for you to come back."

I roll my eyes. "Yeah okay."

"It's true, I recommend reading Luke Fifteen, if you still don't believe me."

I remain silence. Luke Fifteen... My Bible was currently collecting dust in my closet. It would be a miracle if I could find under all my crap. I shrug it off.

Donnie enters my room, Ralph right on his heels. "Hey, so don't freak out but Louis and Kenny still aren't here." He tells me.

"They probably just stopped for food or got stuck in traffic."

"But that wasn't the plan!" Donnie says, on the verge of a panic attack. Ralph pats his shoulder in an attempt to calm him down.

"You can't really control traffic and since when did they started following your plans?" I question.

"Louis always follows my plans and when he changes something he always checks with me first."

I sigh. "Donnie, calm down. Nothing went as planned today. I'm sure they'll be here in couple minutes."

Donnie shakes his head. "Don't make me do it, Julian." He says his voice suddenly very calm. That was unsettling.

"...Do what?"

"I'll pull the big guns." Donnie pauses waiting for me to answer but I remain silent. He continues. "Julian, I have a gut feeling."

Dang it. Donnie and his gut feelings, They were almost always right. Maybe they were almost as smart as he. "Donnie, I'm sure it's nothing. I mean your gut feelings can't be right all the time."

"What if there was a reason Hollister didn't show." Ralph pipes up. "Maybe he was grabbing Louie and Kenny."

"It's Louis and I don't trust you." I murmur.

"You don't have to trust me for me to be right."

Donnie nods. "He has a point July. I trust him, isn't that enough?" He asks. His voice sounded so innocent, I couldn't help but cave.

"Fine, if they're not back in one hour than we can go look for them." I tell the both of them.

Donnie looked upset but still accepted my terms. "Alright, We'll  see you in one hour." He leaves the room, shoving Ralph out of the way.

Ralph pauses looking slightly stunned. "Is he always like this?" He asks.

"You get used to it. It takes awhile but you do." Ralph nods slowly, leaving the room.

An hour slowly ticks by and with every passing minute, I started to get more and more concern.

"Can I worry now?" Donnie asks me.

I nod slowly, feeling sick. Donnie jumps face first into the couch, screaming at the top of his lungs.

I breath slowly, My nerves climbing. "Donnie would you shut up?" I snap at him.

Both Athena and Ralph freeze at my tone but Donnie just glares at me. "Well sorry, didn't mean to upset you. But I guess my gut was right again."

"Now's not the time." I tell him. I stand up, grabbing my keys off the coffee table.

"Where are you going?" Athena asks.

"To find Louis and Kenny." I reply shortly.

"Can I come with?" Athena stands up, blocking my path.

I look down at her, smiling slightly at her adorable face. "Not where I'm going, no. But I promise to be safe." I move past her and head out the door.

I climb into my Rolls Royce. I tighten my grip on the steering wheel, trying to steady my breathing.

I drive through the dark streets. A couple minutes pass before I reach my destination.

Boxcord Lane

I thought after I met with the three witnesses, I could be done with this place. Not that there anything wrong with it, I just hated the place.

Four men instantly move towards my car.

"Hey guys." I say cheerfully, climbing out of my car. One of them hits me with the butt of his machine gun.

I stumble back, wiping the blood that had started spilling from my nose. "Woah, this is my territory, you have no right being here." I snap.

"Not anymore." One of them mutters. They grab me, dragging me inside the building.

They take me into a concealed room. "Well well well,  if it isn't the little thief."  Hollister laughs. "What did you want from me this time?"
