Grant Pov
We sit down at the table. Eddie sits next to Sam and I sit next to Paige. Eddie leans over and whispers something Sam while Paige is distracted with passing out the food.
"So, what have you been up to?" Paige asks Eddie and Sam.
"Oh, you know the usual. Eddie's been doing his usual videos and I've been doing my regular shifts," Sam says.
"Ah yes. Grant has been pretty busy with recording as well," Paige says. I look at Eddie. He gives me a questioning look because he knows that I haven't recorded that many videos. The truth is, I've been trying to avoid Paige and recording is always a good excuse.
"So has Eddie," Sam says. Now I give Eddie a questioning look. He shrugs. Actually, I know he does record a lot, since he has 2 different channels going and he posts almost always once a day. On one or the other channels. "What have you been up to Paige?"
"Well, I had to get some new clothes because I lost a couple of pounds in the past year and I needed new summer clothes," Paige says.
"Same, clothes just aren't fitting me right this year," Sam says. As the 2 girls talk, Eddie and I just eat our food. I did a fairly good job if I do say so myself.
"Guys don't understand the harsh reality of shopping as a women," Paige says.
"I can never get Eddie to come with me," Sam says.
"Hmm?" Eddie looks up, hearing his name.
"I said you never come shopping with me," Sam says.
"Yeah, because I don't need any new clothes," Eddie says.
"But sometimes I need advice," Sam says.
"You make good choices," Eddie says, trying to get out of this conversation as quickly as possible.
"Grant never comes with me either," Paige says.
"Hey! Why are you dragging me into this conversation?" It's my turn to look up.
"Because I'm agreeing with Sam on this. Guys never want to come shopping with us," Paige says.
"Because we don't want to sit around and watch you try on 100 pairs of pants for 3 hours," I say.
"Guys just do not understand," Paige says. This kind of pisses me off because she never tries to understands why I have to work so much for YouTube but I always have to try to understand why it takes so long. She's just being hypocritical.
"You don't understand YouTube, but I have to understand this?" I say.
"It's nothing the same," Paige says.
"Why not?" I ask.
"Uh," Sam says. "We should go. Thanks for the food." Eddie follows Sam out of the house. I don't blame him. This got heated quickly.
"Because YouTube takes time away from you," Paige says.
"All jobs do that. Are you just pissed because it's a job I enjoy while you're stuck with a shitty job that you hate going to?" I ask.
"Take it back," Paige says.
"No," I say. "I'm always the push over in this relationship. I'm standing up to myself this time."
"What the hell do you mean?" Paige asks.
"I'm breaking up with you Paige," I say.
"What the f*ck?" Paige growls out.
"Do you not understand? I'm. Breaking. Up. With. You. Read my f*cking lips and then get out of my f*cking house," I say.
"Whatever. F*ck you. I have guys fawning over me that would just love me," Paige says. She gets up and storms out the door. I take a deep breath in and let it out. Why does it feel so much better to have her gone?
Hope you guys liked it! Luv you all! More to come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
