~사인펜 빌리면 괜찮아요?

Taehyung sat with his legs crossed on his uncomfortable wooden desk chair. Third period was nearly over, next would be lunch. He reached into his backpack for his markers, wanting something to do while he listened to the teacher wrap up the class. But, they didn't seem to be there. At that moment he remembered that he had taken his markers out of his bag last night to color in a frog he'd drawn on his homework. Of course he shoved it over to Jimin, showing him to make him smile.

The two ended up both falling asleep on Taehyung's bedroom floor, even though Taehyung had told his mother Jimin would return home that night. When he woke, Taehyung completely forgot to tuck his markers back into his backpack for when he'd inevitably be bored at school that day.

He could be having far more fun right now than he was, if only he had those markers. He huffed, tapping his fingertips on his desk. Jimin had gone to the bathroom, and probably didn't even have markers in his bag, so he couldn't ask him if he could lend him a few. An idea crept into Taehyung's mind that made him smile. Jeongguk, seated in front of him, had pulled several markers out of his backpack during art class, one class earlier.

"Hey," Taehyung whispered, tapping Jeongguk's shoulder. The boy turned to face him, tilting his head. He was pretty. Taehyung had to make sure he didn't let himself blush. "Could I borrow some markers? I left mine at home."

"Oh.." Jeongguk uttered. "Sure." He pulled a handful of markers out of the smallest pocket of his bag and gathered them neatly, then handed them to Taehyung.

"Thank you~" Taehyung beamed, popping the cap off of the black marker and tracing an outline of two hands, wrapped around each other, fingers intertwined. For not even using a pencil sketch and doing it in only a few minutes, his doodle was remarkably good. Clear lines on his arm formed the two hands, each finger delicately formed and rounded.

Glancing up at the teacher so he wouldn't be scolded for not paying attention, he blew cool air onto the ink to let it dry.  Next came the flood of colors, filling the outline with red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Once he finished, he shook out his arm and capped each marker, a satisfied smile on his face.

"Alright, that's it for today, go eat your lunch. Oh, and remember, there's a comma splice worksheet due tomorrow," The teacher announced, sliding down his glasses as he dismissed the class. Students fled the classroom immediately, eager to get into the cafeteria for lunch. Taehyung collected the markers he borrowed and stood, clutching them to his chest.

Jeongguk was still tugging his backpack off the ground. Taehyung approached him, sliding his feet along the wood floor. "Thanks again." Taehyung smiled, dropping the markers into his hands. Jeongguk nodded, smiling back.

"You draw well," Jeongguk complimented, gesturing to his arm. Taehyung couldn't help but blush, just the tiniest bit. The other boy didn't notice.

   "Aw, thank you."

"I always see you drawing on yourself. I think it's cool." Taehyung couldn't help but giggle softly at his statement and his cute grin. One last straggler left the room, and aside from the teacher by his desk, they were alone.

"Oh- We should get to lunch. All the good stuff's gonna be gone if we hang around much longer," Taehyung commented. Jeongguk nodded and slipped on his backpack, leaving as well. Taehyung was the last student to leave. He found Jimin out in the hallway and caught up with him as he sauntered toward the cafeteria.

   "Jimin~"

"Taehyung~" Jimin answered, instantly recognizing his voice as he came up behind him.

"Guess who I just talked to~"

    "Who?"

   "Come on, guess!"

"Oh, Jeongguk?" Jimin asked. Taehyung nodded, grinning. "Really? About what?"

"Well, while you were in the bathroom, I realized I left my markers at home, so I asked him if I could borrow his. Then I drew this." Taehyung held up his arm and Jimin gave him two thumbs up. "And he said he liked it! He smiled at me, too."

"I knew it. You're whipped," Jimin chuckled.

"Okay, yeah, maybe just a little." Taehyung paused. "I'm hungry, let's hurry up and get in line."
