~야, 누구 후디 티야?

The next morning was not much better for Taehyung. He rolled out of bed feeling extra groggy and irritable, a slight frown set on his face as he sat down at the kitchen table, slowly shoving spoonfuls of oatmeal into his mouth.

Once again, as he entered the room, his father had totally ignored him. His mother greeted him, though not smiling like she usually was. Taehyung swallowed his last mouthful of oatmeal and hurried off, slipping into his sneakers, hoping to escape the high-tension room as quickly as possible.

"Wait, Taehyung." His mother stopped him in his tracks. "Whose hoodie is that?" Taehyung froze, teeth coming over his bottom lip in nervousness. He was still wearing the navy blue hoodie. He turned to face the woman.

"J-just my friend's, mom." Oh, how he hated himself for stuttering. She gave him a wary eye and crossed her arms.

"Alright," she finished, her tone seeming a bit cold. "Have a good day at school." The boy nodded and left quietly. He pouted as he plodded out to the edge of his yard, disappointed that Jimin wasn't already there and waiting for him. He desperately wanted to be with his best friend, after the events of the previous day.

Taehyung sighed, brows furrowing as he waited and waited, alone. He could hear the whir of the school bus approaching, and yet, Jimin was nowhere to be found. "Minnie..." He muttered, tapping his foot impatiently.

One last glance to the absent boy's house showed no movement. Taehyung sent a rushed text to ask where on earth Jimin was, but there was no answer before the bus stopped in front of him and he stepped on, still with a sullen pout on his face.

The ride to school was boring. Chemistry was even more boring. No sign of Jimin all through first period. Second period, art class, began and Taehyung kicked out his chair and sat, crossing his legs on the seat. Finally, Jimin snuck into the room, taking the seat next to Taehyung and flopping over the back of it.

Jimin looked exhausted. His eyes were puffy, dark bags underneath them. He closed them, and it was if he already asleep. "Hey, Jiminie, wake up!" Taehyung nudged him. "Why are you so tired? And why are you so late?"

"I went out with my cousins last night. We were supposed to be back at my grandparents' house by 11. But the traffic was unbelievable," He groaned.

"How late did you get back?"

"Got to my grandparents' house at four in the damn morning, didn't get home until five. After that I couldn't sleep because some stupid ass bird decided to make a very unnecessary amount of noise for about an hour. So then when I finally did get to sleep I slept through my alarm and my parents didn't wake me up. I think they're gonna talk to the school to see if I can get off the hook though?"

"Wow," Taehyung replied, washing out a paintbrush. Jimin nodded.

"Can't wait to get home and collapse for the day." Taehyung forced a bit of a smile. He had really wished that he'd be able to talk to Jimin about what happened, and ask for his opinion on that idea he had last night. But, if Jimin was tired, he wanted him to sleep. He'd do okay on his own.

Jimin was handed his own set of paintbrushes when the teacher made her way to him and started a brief chat about his project. Once she left, Jimin dropped his brush and laid his head on the table.

He groaned, then yawned, and Taehyung chuckled. Jimin flicked his eyes open, looking at his friend.

"Hang on a second, you're still wearing that hoodie," He commented, a smirk forming on his face despite his sleepy eyes.

"I um.. didn't take it off yesterday."

"You gonna steal it, or give it back?" Jimin winked.

"What? Of course I'm giving it back," Taehyung laughed, looking back down at his work.

Finally, thirty minutes later, Taehyung finished his project, just as soon as he'd added the last coat of blue paint. Jimin was nowhere near finished with his, as he was moving much more slowly. So, with nothing to do for the next twenty minutes, Taehyung just stared across the room, eyes resting on one boy as he focused on his artwork, his gaze falling down his cheeks, over his jawline, on the pretty little mole on his neck.

He was so beautiful. Taehyung could only take his eyes off of him as the boy looked up, meeting Taehyung's eyes while he stared. "Oh my gosh." Taehyung turned away, now looking at Jimin.

"Huh?" Jimin hummed, continuing his painting.

   "He's looking at me."

"Class is pretty much over." Jimin glanced at Jeongguk. "And it looks like he's finished. Go get your mans."

"I'm just giving his hoodie back."

"Uh-huh, right." Taehyung rolled his eyes and pushed back his seat, stood, took off the hoodie, then ambled on over to Jeongguk's table.

   "Hey," the boy waved.

"Hi.. I came to give this back." Taehyung handed him the neatly-folded clothing. "Thank you for helping me, again."

"It's fine. Did it help?" Jeongguk questioned, dropping the hoodie into his lap.

"Yeah, sorta." Taehyung held back a frown.

"Good to hear." He smiled wide.

"Class dismissed!"  Both boys turned to see the teacher after she called out.

"Well.. Thanks again. Bye." With each of them giving a last wave, Taehyung excitedly marched back to Jimin.
