The keys were still in my car. Chris’s parents were at the garage crying and they said it was fine for me to take the car and the gun that I left in the glove box. I started the car up and speed out of the driveway and into the street. Anger coursed through my body making me drive faster.

Come out Neil. Come out and fight me, I thought to myself.

My body shock with rage and I had to get it out before I did something stupid even though attempting to kill Neil was something stupid. The streets were empty. A lot of people would be inside not wanting to go outside because of Neil.

I drove down the street that I used to live in with Lauren and Neil; I looked around the street not wanting to miss anything. The sun was setting; I knew I had to find Neil quick. He cannot see another day. I drove past the street that Toby had gotten shot and stopped the car; I turned the lights of and put the gun in my belt.

I slipped out of the car and walked cautiously down the street. I had a feeling Neil was down this street waiting for me. I kept out of the light of the streetlamps, I couldn’t see Neil anywhere. I looked behind streetlamps and power poles, but I couldn’t find him. I was about to give up and look somewhere else when someone grabbed my arm. I spun around and saw Neil looking at me smiling slyly. My heart pounded loudly in my chest. This was it. It was time for me to kill Neil.

“Look at what we have here,” Neil said.

“Let go of me,” I hissed.

“You will never win Summer, you are only going to end up in a grave like your parents,” Neil bellowed.

“Don’t bring them into this,” I growled.

“They are the reason why this is happening,” Neil replied.

       “NO YOU ARE!” I yelled.

Neil let go of his hold on me. I punched Neil in the face aiming for his nose.

       “That was for my mum.”

       I hit Neil again.

       “That was for my dad.”

I kicked Neil in the stomach.

       “That was for Uncle Josh.”

I kicked Neil in the shins.

       “That was for Skye.”

I punched Neil under his chin.

       “That was for Chris.”

I punched Neil in the face and kicked his stomach. I watched him fall to the ground.

       “And that was for Toby.”

Neil stood up and he looked very angry. Neil kicked me in the stomach and sent me flying. I hit a streetlamp. My back felt sore and my right ankle felt painful when I touched it. Neil run over to me and kicked me on my right side. I let out a moan as he hit me, I was pretty sure some of my ribs may be broken.

Neil let out a laugh of victory. I swung my left leg around and knocked Neil over on the ground. I stood up jumped on his back as hard as I could. I jumped of his back and made sure the gun was still in my belt. It was. Neil rolled over and he was bleeding. Neil grabbed my left ankle and swung me around so I landed on the other side of him. I could taste blood in my mouth and I could feel blood flow down both sides of my face.
