We eat and Harrison tells everything about job for Tom to know what's going on in the company.
"So Y/n?" Harrison asks and I look at him "I was thinking you could work for us"
"Pardon?"
"Yeah you heard me, I think it would be good and you are practically from the family now"
"I mean it would be good I guess but Tom is the boss, he is the one who decides" I say and Harrison looks at Tom
"I think Harrison is right, it would be amazing" We look at each other
"Then I guess is a deal" Harrison says, Tom shakes my hand like it was a real deal and I laugh
"Okay, guys thank you but it's 3pm and Lily needs someone to pick her up" Me and Harrison look at Tom
"Okay guys, I'll go but you should come too, Lily misses you Harrison"
"Okay, but if I come Y/n come too" Harrison says
"Of course I will come"
We go to the car and Tom drives.
We get to Lily's school and we see some 10/12 years guys being bad to Lily. I get out of the car as fast as I could to help Lily.
"Leave me alone, please" Lily begs to them
"What if we don't, little girl?" They say joking with her
"You have to face me" I say behind them and they look at me
"Another girl?" They ask Lily
"Oh I'm not another girl" I say smirking at them because they don't know who they are messing with. One guy was going to beat me but I grab his arm but then I leave him because I don't want to hurt anyone.
"You don't really know who you are messing with" I say to the guys and walk away holding Lily's hand.
"Are you okay, sweetie?" I say and she hugs me thigh
"Thank you so much, thank you, thank you" She says crying
"It's okay, honey, let's go to the car" We were walking to the car and Tom runs to us
"Are you okay, baby?" Tom asks to Lily
"I'm okay, Y/n helped me" She says smiling at me
"I'm so sorry Lily I didn't go there because Y/n seemed to be helping you better than I could"
"It's okay, dad, I just wanna go home" Lily says
Harrison Pov
We go to Tom's home and Lily goes straight to her room.
"Why I didn't do anything, fuck I'm so useless" Tom says
"Mate, you couldn't do anything and Y/n handled it very well, don't worry Lily still loves you" I comfort him and Y/n goes to the kitchen
"I'm just so scared to disappoint Lily, Ava (his wife) would be so mad at me, I'm a disappoint to everyone, I don't even can do relationships anymore I just fuck girls and that's so bad" Tom says really sad
"Mate, you have a daughter and that's the best thing in the world, and about relationships maybe you should move on" I point at Y/n
"No, Harrison, I don't think I'm ready"
"If you say so" I say and walk to Y/n
"Hey Y/n"
"Hey, how is Tom? He seemed really upset" She asks me
"He is going to be okay, he is just scare to disappoint Lily again"
"What do you mean again?"
"When Lily was small, Tom was never there, not even a weekend, he was always at work, it keep him relax and not thinking about his wife but Lily needed him a lot she was two years old and needed attention and love but Tom couldn't give her because he was depressed about his wife but one day Lily had an accident and since that day he never leaves Lily, even if he is just one day with her he still cares a lot about her and also since that day he never come back to his wife's grave"
"Wow, I don't know what to say, he seems like a rude and bad person but truly he is just depressed" She says with a sad face
"Yeah, it's like peoples say humans judge by the cover but don't know the story" I say
"That's deep" She says "I'm gonna see Tom, okay?" She says and I nod
Tom Holland Pov
After talking with Haz I walk outside and site in the grass until I hear a voice behind me
"Like what you see?" She says pointing to the lake and sitting next to me
"Harrison told you didn't he?"
"I could see that you were upset without anyone telling me" She says looking at me "You know you don't need to be always the strong"
"I need to be strong for Lily"
"Yeah but you are also a human you can cry" She saying that made me cry immediately
"Come here" She says and hugs me "That was exactly what I was talking about, let it all out"
"I'm just so scare to disappoint everyone" I say crying even hard
"I know, all of us have that fear" She says, I feel like she understands me so well, then we stay in silence and watch the lake then we hear a voice
"Can we join you guys?" I look back and see Harrison with Lily in his arms
"Of course you can" Y/n says and Lily runs to her, Lily, Y/n and Haz start whispering and they think I don't hear but I do
"What's wrong with daddy?" Lily asks to Y/n
"Well Lily your dad is not passing for a good time right now and you know when you want all of your dad's love?" Haz asks and Lily nods
"Well your dad needs some love too" Y/n says. It melts my heart hearing Y/n and Haz helping and caring about my daughter, Lily gets out of Y/n's lap and comes running to me and hugs me really tightly.
"Dad you know that I love you very much, right?" She says, I nod, I could see Harrison and Y/n admiring us
"I love you too my beautiful daughter" I say and Lily giggles
"Can I sleep in your bed today, dad?"
"Of course you can baby" I say and we keep sitting in the grass for a while until Y/n and Lily start feeling sleepy and they go to bed, me and Harrison go to the living room.
"Your father daughter relationship with Lily is the cutest thing I have ever saw" Harrison says
"That's all thanks to you and Y/n" I say
"Y/n really wants to safe your relationship with Lily, you kidnaping her was the best thing you ever did" I look at him with a weird face "Not in a creepy away, in a way that she becomes part of our family so fast and she has done so much things for us" Harrison says
"Yeah you are right, she is part of the family"
