When we get home I walk slowly to the dark room and I sit in the chair but this time Tom didn't tie me
"Are you not gonna tie me to the chair?"
"No, I think you will stay I mean you don't have any other choice, and you probably have homework and those boring things from school so you need your hands" He says and I stay with no reaction, why is he being nice this time, whatever it was I don't care. I start doing my homework and I notice that he didn't get out of the room, he was staring at me
"Why are you staring at me like that?" I ask and he literally jump like he was daydreaming
"I'm not staring, I'm just making sure you don't run away" He says with a face that he doesn't know what he is talking about
"I guess your mans can do that and you have cameras, I won't run away that easily" I say and point to the cameras
"Yeah, yeah, right but I'm better than my mans and cameras" He says all convinced
"If you say so" I turn to my homework again
After minutes I still don't understand anything but I was pretending that I did understand, Tom still staring at me there was like tension I can't say what tension but I could feel it.
"I'm done with homework, I don't know anything and I'm gonna fail the year!" I say and throw the books to the floor, forgetting that Tom stills watching me
"Hey, pretty girl, don't do that, I'm sure you're smart, at least you must be smarter than me and that's much" He says with a friendly smile
"Why do you say that? You don't even know me!"
"Because you don't want me to know you, have you ever open up with anyone, like a real emotional conversation?" He asks me, I mean I have with Amelia but it was not emotional it was just talking about my brother
"No, I haven't, but that's because I don't want to and I don't need to!"
"Then why don't you open up with anyone?" I was starting to get mad why does he even wants to know me, he kidnappe me and now wants us to be friends I don't understand his point
"Because my life is not as beautiful as it looks, good grades, wow, how amazing" I say ironically "Being smart, wow, how amazing" I say again ironically "But I don't have the rest, I don't have friendship or love" He looks at me with a worried face
"At least you're pretty and cute that's not a bad thing, is it?" He says with a smile, I hug him automatically, because talking about my feelings made me miss my mom, then I realize that he was hugging too and we were hugging for seconds then I pull away "I'm sorry, I'm just to emotional I shouldn't have hugged you" He cuts me off
"It's okay, let's say it stays between us, okay?" I nod and we stare at each other eyes, when someone burst into the door.
