Y/n Pov

I feel someone waking me up, I thought it was for school but when I open my eyes I see Lily

"Y/n, please, help dad he is sweating and screaming" He was having a nightmare

"Lily go to Uncle Haz room and wake him please and I will help your dad" I say and she nods

I walk to Tom's room and see him shaking I try to wake him and after some time he wakes

"Ahhhh" Tom screams at me

"Tom, it's okay you were just having a nightmare"

"Can you bring Haz here please?" He asks with a broke voice and I nod

I bring Harrison and Tom hugs him, they are whispering but I could hear

"It happen again?" Harrison asks

"Yes, mate, again" Tom says crying

"Have you thought about taking medicine again for the nightmares?" Harrison asks and Tom nods "Tom this time Lily saw everything and she is really scared" Harrison says and Tom cries even more

"I never wanted to put her throw this"

I take Lily in my arms and come in to the room. I knew Lily was scared but I told her to go into the room and just hug Tom, she does what I told.

"Lily I'm so sorry" Tom says

"It's okay, dad, sometimes I have nightmares too" Lily says hugging him even more thigh.

Me and Harrison look at them, admiring the relationship.

Then we go watch a movie, Tom and Lily fell asleep in the couch while I prepare to go to school and Harrison prepares to go working for Tom take today off.

I go to school and today everyone looks at me more than the usual then I hear some girls talking. (Italic is the girls dialogue)

"Have you hear that Tom Holland and Y/n adopt a child?"

"Wait really?"

"Yes, there are pictures of them in a park"

"Omg she is such a slut and a nerd, how can she have Tom Holland?!"

"Hey idiots you should not talk about things you don't know" I say walking to them

"So you heard, we want to know the true"

"There is no true and you don't have anything to do with it" I couldn't say it was Tom's daughter because no one knows about his wife or daughter

"Idiot" She says and I grab her neck against the wall

"You should stop messing with my life or I will turn your life in a living hell!" I say to her, taking my hand of her neck. I walk away from them and call Tom.

• On the phone •

"Tom we have a problem"

"What's wrong, princess?"

"Peoples in my school think we adopt a child"

"What?" He literally screams at the phone

"When we went in the park some paparazzi toke pictures of us"

"But I didn't knew that"

"Remember for peoples you are the most successful business guy"

"Oh yeah I forgot that"

"But what's the worst is this can't get to Lily"

"Why?"

"Because I'm not Lily's mom and Lily is too young for the paparazzi bother her"

"Yeah you are right"

"So what can we do?"

"I don't know, I could speak in a press conference but doing that I needed to tell them who is Lily and who is her mom"

"Okay, so we have a big problem"

"I'm sorry for putting you in this"

"It's okay, we just have to think of a solution" The bell from the school rings "I gotta go, see you later" I hung up the phone.

Tom Holland Pov

For me it wasn't a big problem, because Y/n is literally Lily's mom and she cares a lot about her. For Y/n it seemed like a big problem but I didn't know why.

"Dad can we pick Y/n in school?"

"Of course, honey, Y/n gets out in 10 minutes let's go"

We go to Y/n's school and wait for her, after 5 minutes she comes and Lily runs to her arms.

"Hey, sweetie"

"Hello, Y/n/n" Everyone was looking at Y/n and Lily.

"Lily put your head close to me and let's get in the car" Y/n says and gets in quickly

"Hey Y/n"

"We are not gonna talk right now, just drive" She was really upset I could see it

We get home Y/n takes Lily to her room and comes to the living room.

"What's the matter with you?!" Y/n says

"What do you mean?"

"Bringing Lily to school, I told not to put Lily close to me in public"

"Why are you so upset with this situation?"

"You aren't?!"

"No, I think it's fine, because you really are like a mom to Lily and she loves you"

"That's not true, Tom and you know it"

"Why do you have to say that?"

"Because Tom, Lily has a mom and it's not me"

"But what is the problem if it were you?" I say and she stays in silence

"The problem is I don't wanna get attached to her or to you"

"Why, Y/n?!"

"Because you are from bad business, Lily is the sweetest thing in the world and I can't get attached to you because at some point you will leave me, I know that" I don't know what to say about this

"I promised you that I would never leave, remember?" I ask her looking in her eyes

"Yeah, but you will leave at some point I know it"

"Then don't do it for you or for me, do it for Lily" We look at each other eyes and I kiss her, she at first don't kiss me back but then she kisses me back very passionate.
