Bryce Pov:

Finally, my bubbe and my aunt had left the room. I took the spot my bubbe was in and held Addison in my arms. I then felt tears slip from my eyes, and I began to realize how wrong I was for allowing my wonderful girlfriend to feel as if she was alone. I can't believe she has already questioned moving to where her mom is. I began to run my fingers through her hair. She slowly opened up her eyes and looked at me. She then looked down into her eyes, not speaking at all.

B: Addison

A: What Bryce

B: I guess I deserve that.

A: You deserve a lot less than that. I should be on a flight going home to my mother. I shouldn't even be here right now

B: But, you stayed because I feel like a part of you knows I was an asshole, and I would realize that pretty soon.  I am sorry for not saying anything earlier; I was in shock. And I thought coming back here would help me figure it out. But I realized it made me seem like I wasn't acknowledging what you were saying, and that's not it. I should have thought about how scared you must be. You are in an unfamiliar town, you are with your boyfriend's family, and you just found out you are pregnant. I'm sorry. I will do anything to make it up to you.

A: Like a foot massage?

B: Yes, angel, anything. I am sorry, will you forgive me.

A: Mhmm, for the sake of our child and compromising, I will.

I then leaned down and pecked her lips. I then carefully hoovered over her, and we began to make out. Soon she pulled apart and looked me in my eyes. Then, she carefully began to run her fingers through my hair. While she did this, I laid my hand on her stomach.

B: There's a little us in there

A: Ya, there is. I'm scared, buttercup. And I feel like I am ruining your entire life

B: Hey, it takes two to make a baby. And you and I do like sex. You aren't ruining my life, angel. You are making it better. We will work it out together.

A: You sure?

B: Yes, now let's go watch the fireworks.

I pulled Addison up, and she threw her hair into a messy bun. She then grabbed my hand and a throw blanket, and we walked downstairs to where everyone was. Addison sat by the pool with my family while I made some plates. My mom then walked over to me.

B: You know, bubbe told you

L: Yes, she did

B: How mad are you

L: More mad at the way you handled things, Bryce. I love Addison, and your dad loved her. She deserved more than what you gave her. And I hope you will be better to her during her pregnancy. Because I love that girl maybe even more than you

B: Hey

L: Hey, nothing sir. Go feed her and my grandbaby

I walked over to Addison and gave her food. She looked at me and smiled. I sat near her, and we began to smile. I knew what my aunt and uncle were thinking. Their senior year all over again, but in different people. It kind of seemed that way. After we were done eating, we all sat on the lounge chairs. Addison laid in between my legs with a blanket as we watched all the fireworks. However, the day didn't go how I expected it. It had gone a lot better, and I was happy to be ending the night with the girl I loved the most. And our hands on her stomach where I child was.

Addison Pov:

I was up early throwing up, and it isn't what I wanted. Especially when we had an early flight to catch home this morning, each time I got up to throw up, Bryce would get up and hold my hair back no matter how many times I told him to stay asleep. He thought he would be more help getting up, which didn't even make sense to me. As I finished emptying my insides, I laid my head on the toilet seat.

B: Come on, baby, you should get up. Brush your teeth, get back to bed.

A: I think I'm just going to get ready. We have to leave soon. I'll sleep on the flight back home. But, you should go back to sleep. I'll be okay

B: Addison

A: Bryce, you are smothering me. I love you, and I know you want to help. But, please go back to bed. I am going to take a shower, get ready, and go eat

As Bryce left the bathroom, I got in the shower. The water felt so good on my skin. I then got out and grabbed my toothbrush, and brushed my teeth. I then put on a nice sweatsuit and walked downstairs. I noticed bubbe was up making pancakes and man did they smell so good. It is everything I wanted right now, and I hope there would be blueberries in them.

Bubbe: Good Morning

A: Good Morning your pancakes smell amazing. Please tell me that you are putting blueberries in some of those

Bubbe: For you and my great-grandchild anything. Eat some of the fruit while you wait for the food to be ready. Where's Bryce?

A: In bed, every time, I would get up to throw up. He would get up like it was helping me. Finally, he went back to sleep. I kind of doesn't want to leave here. I mean, our friends don't know. My mom isn't even aware. Here it's like a little bubble.

Bubbe: Whenever you need to come back, you are welcome, Addison. But you guys have a senior year to do. And you need to go to the hospital to see if that baby is healthy. So then you need to call me with every update.

A: Thanks, bubbe. I know we didn't get off to a good headstart. But, I appreciate you for being here and helping to take care of me.

As everyone came downstairs, the food was finally done. As bubbe put my plate in front of me, Bryce began to look at my plate and noticed how different it was from his.

B: How come you have fruit in your blueberries?

A: Hey mind your business

B: Well, my child is in your stomach. Therefore you are my business. Plus, you are my girlfriend.

After breakfast, it was time for us to go. Bryce got all of our bags and brought them to the car. While Bubbe Brooke drove us to the airport. As soon as we got to the airport, bubbe, Brooke held onto us so tight. Bryce took my bag while we went through the airport and stuff like that.

Finally, we were in the car on the way home, and I was so tired. Bryce was holding my hand in the backseat while my other hand rested on my stomach. As soon as we made it home, all I wanted to do was get in the bed cuddle up into Bryce. As we walked into the house, though, we heard people yelling surprise. I look at Bryce, and he looked at me.

B: What are you all doing here?

Jo: You guys have been gone for like a week. We missed you.

B: Although you guys are excited to see her, we have had a long day of traveling. So if you don't mind, we will go to sleep, and we will plan something for tomorrow.

Jo: Alright. Fair, come on, everyone, let's go home.
