chapter twenty two

Their relationship is complex, they both know that much. They fight often but make up right after.

Their friends can see the obvious change in their actions, the quick glances, the smiles, the subtle touches. Everything was so clear, but still, they all decided to play dumb and wait for the time their friend was ready.

The two friend groups met a while back, they absolutely loved each other right away, like the eight lads were ment to meet. Were ment for each other. Ever since, they meet up once or twice a week, they've become very close, just like they make one team.

Summer break was right around the corner. Mingi and his friends were happy as they would have two months to themselves and on the other hand, Yunho and his friends didn't even realise it was summer break since they all had to work, they all didn't go to university so they got to work pretty young, but none of them was really complaining as they love their job.

At the moment everything was just great for the two boys. They had a sleepover again, in Yunho's room. They were both panting heavily as Yunho let his body fall next to Mingi's. "That was awesome babe." Mingi said looking up with teary eyes. "Thank you baby." Yunho smiled softly and kisses him on the forehead.

They made this habit that when they are alone, Yunho calls the younger baby and Mingi calls the older babe. It's like justifying who is the dominant and who is the submissive. Mingi would mostly start the session, because Yunho didn't want to make his boy feel uncomfortable, but Yunho always took over. 

The two boys didn't know yet, but they fell head over heels for each other.

But still, they had to keep quiet and be careful with their actions when their parents were around. Even if Hye Jeong isn't Mingi's real mom, nobody knows about it, she doesn't even know that Mingi knows. Eventually he will have to talk to her, but the right time is yet to come.

Mingi felt bad for keeping it a secret from Yunho, they could be an open couple, but even though Mingi wanted it just as bad, he had to do things the right way. And coming out with your so called stepbrother while saying, "This is legal because you're not my biological mother and I never told you that I knew but I do." is not the right way. So he kepthus mouth shut.

Spacing out he was thinking about this one specific topic. "Hey you okay?" Yunho asked while caressing his belly and looking up to his beautiful features. Whenever they got intimate with each other, Mingi couldn't help but feel guilty towards his boyfriend, they could have so much more, but his past life had to ruin it all, or most of it.

"Yeah I'm fine." Mingi replied emotionless, staring at the blank wall facing him. "Are you sure? I mean you don't seem so good." Yunho was slightly panicking. "Did I do something you didn't like? 'Cause if that's the case you can tell me." Yunho said quickly. Mingi thought it was cute, he definitely didn't deserve Yunho. "I'm fine love, don't worry." Mingi tried to reassure him with a little smile while looking at him.

After he looked away again they dropped the subject and Mingi couldn't be more thankful.

They fell asleep in their own bedrooms after they showered together.
