I headed over to the cafeteria and saw Connie with Sasha, Jean, Ymir, and Historia.
"Sorry, I'm late." I sighed, sitting down.
"It's okay." Sasha perks up. "You okay y/n?" I looked at her and shook my head as a 'no'.
"Do you want to talk about it?" Historia asked.
"It's better if we don't," I explained. They all looked at each other and shrugged.
"Hey, Y/n. Would you like to come with me to grab some food?" Jean asked. I looked and saw everyone already having plates of food, except for Jean.
Did Jean really wait for me?
I looked at him as he rubbed the back of his head nervously, I smiled and nodded my head.
We both walked over to the food stalls. "So, I know you're not okay but is there anything I can do?" Jean asked, handing me a plate.
"I don't think so. It's fine. It's something really stupid to be upset over." I smiled at him. He smiled back.
Jean helped order my food and grabbed my plate while holding onto his. He is a gentleman, way different than Eren and Levi.
I wonder if it would be best to forget about those two. Maybe I should date Jean?
He saw me staring at him and smiled. "You okay, love?" He asks, walking with me to our table. My face turns red.
"Yeah! I'm fine. Thank you, Jean. You're such a great guy."

"Honestly, no. I know about your history. You're also a jock and frat boy. Most of them are assholes." I giggled. He chuckled at my bold statement.
"That's the damn truth. Yeah, I mean we all have pasts but I can change if I meet the right girl." He winked at me, I shoved him slightly, giggling at his charm.
