My heart sank as I looked at Eren's face. Time felt like it stopped. His hair was a lot longer than before, and it looked like he was growing out a beard. He looked skinnier, a lot skinnier than before but also, much more muscular. The bags under his eyes looked a bit worse but he looked more beautiful. It was like he was healthier than before.

"So, are you just going to stare?" Eren asked.

"W-What... "

"I'm just wondering if you just wanted to stare?" Eren asked, softly.

"Why are you here, Eren?"

"Well, I do attend this college so-" Eren chuckled softly, trying to lighten the mood.

"Don't be stupid... Why are you here, at my dorm?"

"Damn, so you're going to be cold after I've been missing in action for more than a month? That's heartless, even for you, y/n..." Eren joked, trying to diffuse the tension. 

I looked down at the floor, my heartfelt as if it was slowly dissolving... 

Why am I feeling like this? What is this feeling? 

I felt like my heart was going to come out of my chest. It hurt but it yearned for Eren.

"Hey, let's get inside." He went to grab my luggage but I woke up to reality and smacked his hand.

"Don't!"

"Y/N... please..." He said with a soft voice. My face got red, he was being vulnerable and I wasn't sure how to act about it. I looked at him and to the side. "Let's go inside, please... I need to talk to you..."
