"Whoever said love was blind Must of not seen you comin'

A flower from the wild and all the dogs come runnin'

Just a taste of your wine and I'll be shootin' towards the moon

But I'm already boozed up

Lost in your love

I got lost in your love (x2)

Now, a crush is just a crush

I got lost in your love"

Y/N's unconscious mind/flashbacks:

Mom and dad weren't always fighting. There was a time my mother wasn't so...rough... I guess.

So... my dad... My dad was very popular with women. Women thought he was really handsome. The kind of handsome man that made people treat him differently.

I've always been a 'daddy's little girl. I hate that phrase so much... but he was my idol. He knew how to light up a room when everything was so dark. He knew how to make good of a bad situation and always had words of wisdom or jokes about the situation. It's probably why I was attracted to Armin and Connie. They both did that... They knew how to light up a dark room.

My mother used to get really upset at him, which wasn't my father's fault... He loved my mother to death. He loved us both so very much. We were his "girls". His prized possessions. He would do anything for us. He worked two jobs to keep us afloat.

Every year for my birthday, I would wish the same wish... For them to be happy. For them to love each other. My father always wanted the best for me, he wanted me to become a famous artist. He would always buy me drawing supplies. I was a natural at painting, but after a while, my father couldn't afford lessons anymore... So I stopped drawing for a while.

When I hit puberty, my mother and I became very close.

"Look at you, all grown up."

"What, dad?"

"You're going to be a real heartbreaker." He chuckled as I rolled my eyes. I didn't understand what he meant by that.

As time went by, my mother started a bad habit of drinking. Mainly, drinking at parties. It was her way of getting back at my father for always "flirting" with other women. She also did it so she could get attention from him. Negative attention is still attention at the end of the day...
