It was coming up. No amounts of breathing could keep down the bile rising from Kellin's stomach. "I'll be back," he said standing as he swallowed thickly. He began a speed walk that turned into a run as he headed to the downstairs bathroom. Dropping to his knee's he pushed the toilet seat up before releasing the contents of his stomach into the porcelain bowl. Vic pulled his hair back, as Kellin continued for a little longer. "Are you okay..?" He asked once Kellin had flushed the toilet. The boy nodded in response, "I'll be back out in a sec I just gotta brush my teeth real quick." Vic nodded after helping his small boyfriend up, "Let me know if you need anything yeah?" Kellin nodded once again, the thought of the conversation making him nervous yet again. "I'm still worried..." he mumbled, leaning against the counter.
"Everything will be okay. You've got this baby...we've got this," he pulled Kellin into a much-needed hug. With a little sigh, the younger relaxed, "Okay.. we've got this." He repeated back to himself. "We've got this," Vic said once more before kissing the others cheek. "I'll be in the living room with the guys okay? Come out when you're ready."
"Okay..." Kellin then got his teeth brushed, and stood looking at himself in the mirror. Silently, he was giving himself a pep talk. Trying to reassure himself that everything would be okay. Once he had convinced himself that the conversations outcome would be positive, he walked out and joined everyone back out in the living room."Are you okay Kell?" Jack asked as Kellin sat back down. "Yeah! I feel better now," he tried to assure them, but it didn't seem to work. "You've been puking so much dude.. that can't be good," Gabe said, concern written all over his face. "Yeah, what's up with all throwing up anyways? You never told us," Justin crosses his arms, watching Kellin expectantly. "I- well.." The boy pushed his hair back and behind his ear as he bit his bottom lip. He went quiet, not knowing how to answer. This is not how he imagined this going.
Kellin looked down at his lap playing with his fingers. He could feel his body beginning to shake from the nervousness. Tears were already threatening to fall, causing him to sniffle. Vic leaned over and gently grabbed his hand. He held it firmly yet gently as he spoke with softness, "Everything is going to be fine."
"You're really scaring me now Kell.." Mike spoke leaning forward to try and get a good look at his best friends face. "Us," Justin chimed in. "S-sorry I just- don't know how to say it..." his right leg was bouncing, his thoughts racing. "We're here for you, you know?" Jaime said, his voice holding a gentleness. "I-I know," he spoke barely over a whisper. "Do you want me to tell them, baby?" Vic asked, wondering if the pressure was too much. After a moment, Kellin shook his head, "I've got this." He took a breath and repeated those words in his head. Lifting his head slowly, his eyes scanned his group of friends. He didn't want to lose them, but he knew telling them this early on would be best. He didn't want to risk them finding out later, and it being an issue. He dropped his jaw to speak, but no sound came out. "I'm right here. We've got this Angel," Vic told him sweetly, pressing a kiss to the side of his head. He felt himself calm slightly with Vic's words and finally began to speak. "So.. I've got something to tell you guys. I-I hope that it doesn't change anything-"
"Are you dying??" Mike asked worriedly. Kellin furrowed his eyebrows and shook his head before a little chuckle slipped from his lips, "Nono, I'm not dying."He felt relieved to have smiled, that making the situation a little lighter. "The reasoning for me throwing up a lot is because I have morning sickness.." he explained the first part, and Tony and Justin's eyes just widened. Tony pushes, "You are...?"
"I am..pregnant." As soon as the words slipped from his mouth, his breath got caught in his throat waiting for everyone's reactions. They all looked confused, he could tell they were wondering how such a thing was possible. "What?" Nick spoke for everyone. "I'm pregnant...with a baby. I'm not kidding." Vic's arms went around Kellin's body protectively, before he whispered in his ear, "Good job Angel."
